I was in Jonesboro for the funeral for my father in law and at the last minute realized I needed a plant. I walked into the biggest surprise. The sweetest lady just took me in her arms like an Angel . She quickly help me find the most beautiful plant , grabbed a card and a pen , told me to fill it out while she made a beautiful bow. Then here comes another beautiful lady to help me carry the big beautiful plant to my car. And if that wasn’t enough they both told me they were sorry for my loss. I wish I lived closer because I would shop there and no where else. Thanks to both of you for being so gracious to me. ♥️

Customer Service is really good and they had some pretty plants but most everything was either gone or picked over. We ended up getting about half what we came after. My suggestion is do not wait till the Saturday before Mother's day to shop here.

Their business hours are listed on Sunday from 8am-12pm. I called at 8:55am on a Sunday before I drove there, as I am looking for special items. The lady that answered the phone said she was in Church (totally understandable), I just asked quickly are you open at all today and she said NO and don't call back. Please update your business hours for everyone. She was so rude that I will be taking my business elsewhere. Again, not due to her being in church, which I felt terrible about when she answered her phone and said she was in church.

Edit* new hours! Sat 8-12 pm, they are now longer open until 5 pm on Saturday.First time coming here and Cindy was so very helpful. They don't sell what i was looking for but the wonderful service and helpful tips i received as a first-time customer will definitely keep this place on my radar for lawn and gardening needs.

Midsouth is the best place to go if you like growing plants. If plants are just a decoration, you can always go to a big box store and buy overpriced but fully grown plants. If you really like gardening and growing, this is the place for buying affordable young plants and helping them grow into their places in your yard/garden. Plus, you can't find a more friendly and knowledgeable bunch of staff.

I purchased a Thaumatophyllum bininnatifidum ( split leaf philodendron) for 30$ from this nursery and it's very full and nice. They also had nice monstera Swiss cheese plants if I didn't have a few I would have brought one home! There's a ton of greenhouses full of nice plants.

I am very pleased with the variety of plants! It's like I'm in heaven walking around all the plants! The staff are very nice and knowledgeable, and they take the time to answer your questions.

Greenhouse after greenhouse of plants of all kinds!! Houseplants, trees, vegetables, herbs, flowers of all kinds abound here!!! It's like what I picture in my version of heaven. ?. Thank you to everyone here! I love it.
