“I was sad to read so many bad reviews from couple years ago and the company responding to them saying these people hadn't even placed an order. I have been ordering from this company for years and had never reviewed, this time I feel like I needed to. I have never had an issue with my order and have never had any issues with costumer service. I just now placed another order (reason why I ended up googling the company again and coming across those reviews). Thank you for always being an awesome company and thank you for your hard work!”
“I had to take my daughters 2 black cats when she tried to kill herself. She was in ICU fir a few days then court ordered treatment in Conway. From there she went to rehab. She is 90+ days clean. I take very good care of animals. That costs money. I spend $100:a month on these cats. I promised my grandson I would keep care of them so I am. I couldn't afford litter thIs month. I called and they had me swing by. They gave me a huge 50 pound bucket. I didn't know what I was going to do but they stepped up and helped me out. Im very grateful. Pixie and Lou thank you just as much as I do. You saved me. I promise to pay it forward.”

“My wife and I have been shopping at Tractor Supply for some time now, just recently we really needed an awful lot of help there we had a really sick kitty, trying to put weight on her. When we went in we talked to Miss Becca she went above and beyond to help us find a puree cat treat, it wasn't yet on the shelf and Becca searched and searched until she found it for us. Heartbreakingly our little Sadie May passed away, we were able to go back in to Tractor Supply and really thank Miss Becca for all the help she had given us.”

“I ask the driver to ring the doorbell to let me know my items have been delivered. I ordered frozen meals and by the time I looked on front porch the items were unfrozen. Otherwise the delivery was good.”
