“I had to take my daughters 2 black cats when she tried to kill herself. She was in ICU fir a few days then court ordered treatment in Conway. From there she went to rehab. She is 90+ days clean. I take very good care of animals. That costs money. I spend $100:a month on these cats. I promised my grandson I would keep care of them so I am. I couldn't afford litter thIs month. I called and they had me swing by. They gave me a huge 50 pound bucket. I didn't know what I was going to do but they stepped up and helped me out. Im very grateful. Pixie and Lou thank you just as much as I do. You saved me. I promise to pay it forward.”
“The first time I used Monica, I just needed anyone that would get me in. After that...I never look anywhere else! My doodle and shih tzu always look great and smell good! Booked for next week!”
“I was sad to read so many bad reviews from couple years ago and the company responding to them saying these people hadn't even placed an order. I have been ordering from this company for years and had never reviewed, this time I feel like I needed to. I have never had an issue with my order and have never had any issues with costumer service. I just now placed another order (reason why I ended up googling the company again and coming across those reviews). Thank you for always being an awesome company and thank you for your hard work!”
“Couldn't find live crickets anywhere and they had plenty! Also got us a beard without the store keep trying to up sale half the darn store. Which is what Petco employee wanted to do”
“It's petco, what more can I say? Ours is pretty clean, kids like to look at the rats and stuff. Got a toy today for our dog, 7 bucks. Not too bad. Alot if stuff is overpriced but that's just petco”
“We found what we needed after asking the cashier, who was very busy with a line of about 7 customers and no help in sight. We purchased fencing and needed help loading it. She informed us we would have to wait several intestinal as there were only 3 employees working. That was a shame as it's a beautiful spring Saturday and it seemed everyone was ready to shop. Would've been a good day to have all hands on deck!...maybe they actually did and that's just all they truly had. We like Tractor Supply and will shop there again. A few minutes is not asking too much to wait for the purchase we made. Just thought it odd to only have 3 working on such a busy day.”
