“Convenient and small post office located on the campus of Arkansas State University inside the Student Union. They offer most of the services that other post offices do such as shipping, drop boxes, stamps and supplies, PO boxes, passport photos, etc. The hours are a bit different from other locales as this one closes at 3:30 PM M-F although they have multiple drop boxes for letters available 24 hours a day. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. There is usually only one worker so during busy or peak times they can get backed up but I'd still use this one over others in town around times like Christmas.”
“The staff is friendly, personal, and helpful. I enjoy seeing their faces everytime I have a package to ship. They do what they can up there to make sure everything goes smoothly. Your delivery date is not up to them. They scan in your parcel and the rest is out of their control. Go easy on these people!!!!”
“The front desk staff is very friendly and efficient. I went to get a passport today, and the lady in the office was the SWEETEST! She was very patient. and even saw me a week early because I came out in the rain, not realizing that my appointment was the next week.”

“I left non perishable food items under my mail box on Kim st. For the postal service food drive, and the mail person to lazy to pick them up. They were left in the blue bag provided by the postal service. Sad”
