I was recently in this branch on yesterday and was served as soon as I stepped through the door and I have been banking with Regions for many years and haven’t had any problems. I also like the fact that if any fraudulent charges are found on your account, you can get that card closed and get one printed in this branch in the same day❣️??♥️

There are two outside ATM's but you only have about a 30-40% of either one working on any given day.

Slow customer service, tellers would rather talk to each other then help customers standing in line, not enough staffing, and aid rude customers to be rude to other customers when the other customer is in the wrong. 1 star for the Regions on 2400 E Highland Dr in Jonesboro, AR.

Completely unwilling to help. The only helpful person was Joe Garcia and he no longer works there. If I find out where he works now, I will be switching banks.

I usually dread going inside to speak with someone about our account needs, in fear of who you may get and how they may act towards you. This time was different we encounter Mr. Joe. Garcia, very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable gentleman who made us feel at ease. Although this time was a much simpler account need, I believe he(Mr.Joe Garcia) could handle any of our financial needs. We will definitely see him for our next financial need.

Did you know that if you try to make a purchase and it does not go through, that this bank is one of the only ones that takes days and days to "process" the fact that they didn't actually use your money and give it back to you?

The only reason this Bank gets any stars is because the tellers who work there. They are great. The bank itself as an organization is not good. Had a couple of days of winter weather and they managed to be close to days in a row when every other bank in Jonesboro is open.

I visit this location pretty frequently to make use of the ATMs. This location actually has two drive-thru ATMs on site which makes it easier and quicker when it gets busy. I've also used the drive-thru tellers occasionally and they have always been nice and quick too. I have been inside and visited with the staff a few times and it usually does not take long and everybody I have visited with is nice during my stops. It is also in a central part of town so it is close to nearly everything but during peak hours it can be tricky getting in and out of the place. Not a bad banking spot overall.

Easily one of the worst banks I've ever dealt with. They never answer the phone, they take forever to do anything. There's a reason there's a class action lawsuit being built right now for their overdraft fee abuse.(psst, you can join this lawsuit if they've rearranged charges to overdraft your account) Like many others I've got overdraft protection that's never worked. Don't bank with regions unless you want to have to bring a class action lawsuit against them to stop over drafting your account.

This bank is a joke. I'm overdrafts yet again and haven't touched my debit card or the bank app in almost 2 weeks. Now my account is locked, been trying to close the account for about 2 weeks now and no help what so ever! This is very unprofessional and yet they are still putting my account in the negative

I showed up at 4:40 to open a bank account and I got turned away. I know they close at 5, but I’m not sure why anyone would turn a customer away. They must not want my business.
