I am a spark driver delivering orders for Sam’s and Walmart. I had an order tonight to pick up three orders. Pick up time was at 5pm. I arrived at 5:02pm. Waited an hour before ultimately having to cancel the pick up because it was costing me money at that point. The girl doing the pick ups tonight delivered everyone’s things but mine twice while I was there. No one acknowledged me. The girl walked around my car three times. If there was an issue I should’ve been notified. Tried to call the store three times and no one answered. Definitely not a way to handle pick ups.

It's an okay Sam's Club, I feel like the place could be taken better care of. The cafe is cheap, but feels just a little dirty and unkempt. The pizza slices sometimes just don't quite feel done either.

Placed a pick up order. Checked in using the app. About 20 minutes in, asked an associate and they stated I was not the only one waiting, which is rude. Should take no longer than t to 10 minutes, and after 40 minutes still did not have my order. This defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time not to mention pick up is supposed to be a "perk" for paying for a membership. Do better.

Looking for a good price for sugar because I use a lot at certain times of the year.Google says Sam’s has 25 pounds for 8.98 yesterday and when I checked it today it said 6.98 and I sent my daughter in law by to get 2 bags.When she arrives with it I owe her $34.☹️I call the store to ask why their advertising one price and charging double that.Praying yall have those phone calls recorded because all I did was ask that question.After about 30 seconds I hear this lady tell another lady that I’m a very rude customer and she doesn’t wanna deal with me.😮Instantly they hung up.I called back and got another lady that said it’s Google doing the false advertising and not Sam’s.Are yall aware of all this?

The only reason I don’t give them 5 is because their bathrooms are atrocious. They used to be nice in the beginning. Definitely need consistent attention.

just got my membership in September /October and everytime i go there doesn't matter what time ,the handicap electrics carts are not fulky charged and three of them dont work at all and they seem not to care or replace or repair them and thats out of 5 and if you get one of thise that sort of works it will say 100% charged then after 30 mines it drops down to 15 percent and then you are basically stranded till u get help
