My access code doesnt work. No one works in the office ive been 3 different days at different times, its always locked and looks like no one is ever there. Ive called 5 different numbers and sat on hold 30+ minutes, no one answers. The chat bot gives me the same code but no one ever calls backs.

OK very disappointed at the place had a issue today and no one was there to help. I hardly ever seen anyone here now. It's like the place is running itself now.

Prices are out of control. Started at 160 per month which isn't bad, now it is 200 a month and that is with a veteran discount. Narrow corridors wouldn't be bad if it was a drive around facility were you had access to your unit from more than the front door.

I strongly urge you to find another self storage facility. Other reviews say that the prices are great but we were paying $120 for a 10x10 for 28 months and received then a letter less than a month before Nov. saying that the rent was being raised $60 on Nov. 1st - making the rent for a 10x10 to be $180. When we asked why, we were told that they merged with another company and because of “supply and demand” but we were told by the same person that they were barely at 60% capacity. You got the supply but where is the demand? That’s insane.. Especially when right across the highway you can find climate controlled storage for more space and less money. We currently have a bigger space or $10 more than at Secura.. we were told that the same size storage at our new place would be well over $200 at Secura. We also had to deal with the front door locks not working because of the facility, this happened several times. We were either told that something happened to their system or when they switched over to a new company, their auto pay didn’t transfer over so the system showed that we didn’t pay and we were locked out, or whatever the new excuse was.. We were caught several times loading stuff up on a Saturday only to drive to the storage place to find out that we can’t even get in and would have to wait until Monday. So we started to have to go there first to make sure we can even get in before we loaded up and went there. So all in all, I strongly recommend you skip this place completely. It’s a nice place but is absolutely NOT worth the hassle. Go across the highway and you’ll be better off! Trust me.
