“These guys are great. We had issues with the international address for a DHL package. They spent hours on the phone with tech support over 3 days. We finally resolved the issue. Their labor cost for sending that one envelope for me was many, many times what they made from sending it. But they never gave up! I'll be coming here again. Also, the storefront is very neat and clean and it's in a great location.”

“Overall a good service for amazon returns. Didn't need a shipping box or label just returned the item in the original box and had the lady scan my QR code from Amazon and they took care of the rest. The lady was very polite and made sure I was seen in a timely manner.”
“One benefit of living in the Mid-South near Fed-Ex HQ, wildy fast shipping. I have ordered items at night with expected ship times days into the future, however since I was near a distribution hub it showed up literally hours later?!! I ship and receive a lot of stuff for work, domestic and international. No problems working with this Fed-Ex location to date that were their fault. Staff and drivers have been friendly and accomodating. When I ran into "no signature available" situations, they were able to locate and hand my shipment over with proper ID at the counter.”
