“As it's getting more difficult to find a shipping drop off as most are located inside other businesses but aren't clear what business they're housed in I was relieved to find a place to drop packages for multiple shipping carriers in one place. Oh, and they had a picture on Google Maps so NO MISTAKES! 😊”
“These guys are great. We had issues with the international address for a DHL package. They spent hours on the phone with tech support over 3 days. We finally resolved the issue. Their labor cost for sending that one envelope for me was many, many times what they made from sending it. But they never gave up! I'll be coming here again. Also, the storefront is very neat and clean and it's in a great location.”
“Overall a good service for amazon returns. Didn't need a shipping box or label just returned the item in the original box and had the lady scan my QR code from Amazon and they took care of the rest. The lady was very polite and made sure I was seen in a timely manner.”

“I have had the pleasure of having Michael as my fedex delivery driver out of Jonesboro for the past few months delivering out in rural Independence County. He has been so kind and courteous. I haven't had toworryvabout my packages going to the wrong place, being damaged or left in the weather since he has been assigned to my area. I'm so sad he will not longer be in my area, but wherever his next job will be, they are so lucky! I will miss my fedex guy Michael for sure!”
