I did a quick survey, and filled in request for more information. I received a text message back from Logan and had a back and forth text conversation. I really appreciated that he was willing to answer my questions via text, instead of immediately calling me. Once I felt comfortable with our conversation. I called and he answered even more questions!! I went to the store in Jonesboro Arkansas, Joseph was friendly and answered more of my questions; then we got on the techno-bed which displayed our different body alignment/ pressure places. After adjusting the pressure in the mattress, we could both feel and see the differences in the pressure points from our bodies. My bed comes on Thursday, and we’ll get Lizabeth’s this summer!!!
I’m excitedly looking forward to Thursday nites bedtime!!

Joseph was great to work with! He took his time to make sure we got the product we wanted without being pushy or trying to make sure we just bought something expensive. I could not have had a better shopping experience!

We got a mattress from there and while the guys were nice we didn't like it after a week and we told them we didn't want it and u have 100 days to decide but they didn't tell us it's 500 dollars if u decide I don't want to keep it so I am not very happy with sleep number as a whole I won't be back

Beware of the 100 night sleep trial. We were told by the salesman we could return within 30 days and never have to make a payment if we decided we didnt like the bed. They are now trying to stick us with the $5000 base and only return the mattress, saying the base is non returnable. We were never shown the part of the contract that stated this nor did we sign it. The salesman was a great guy to deal with , he was overwhelmed with customers the day we purchased and he failed to tell us the base was non returnable. The salesman feels bad about the situation. My problem is that customer support refuses to make things right. We are hiring an attorney. Nearly $9000 is too much money to look the other way on.

We have had our sleep number bed for about 2 years now. I am SO ready to get rid of it. We purchased a split king adjustable bed and at first it was nice to be able to adjust each side. It's not worth it. The bed collapses in the middle so you feel like you're sliding into the middle of the bed, or the crack as I call it. We have small children and if they try to get in bed with us it's very cramped from having one kid on the same side as you. Because of the split in the bed, it makes me back hurt even more because the mattress is warped. If you were thinking about purchasing, make sure you think about how long you're going to have the bed and if it's worth it. I've known other people who have purchased this bed, just to try to sell it a couple of years later.

Austin went through the process of trying different beds. We discussed the i8 half split w/adjustable head & foot base. The price he shows us was $8247. We discussed that price a couple times. I returned the following day to sign the deal and my total was $8138.I questioned the price and the 30% discount. He then stated that the discount was on the bed only and not the base and the price he showed us was for the head adjustable only.I asked about pillows on the initial visit and he said they are “nearly free”. They turned out to be $100 each. Austin was nice and done good job going through the demo. However, he was the most misleading in explaining the prices. This was my 5th time walking into that store to potentially buy a sleep number bed and although I did purchase. The entire experience was tainted due to be the most misleading it could be, rather by intent or by mistake. I look forward to trying the sleep number bed we have wanted for the past several years. The misleading costs put an extremely bad taste against sleep number and that store and makes me to never want to trust a purchase again.I don’t want this young man terminated but yet use it as a coaching moment on the importance of slowing down, thoroughly explaining all details and costs to make sure the customer is very clear of all.As I said, we have wanted a sleep number bed for years and we were going to purchase, however, we spent $1,100 more than anticipated. Very disappointed in the experience. Extremely looking forward to discovering our sleep number
