Friendly people work here but couldn't help me

We were told anyone w appts will be 1st instead of walk in's being welcome. Wait time is 45 minutes 🙄 follow up - 5 minutes later I was called and quick service. ✌️

Spent an entire day just trying to get them to answer the phone. The phone wait time is ridiculous!
