For the last 3 visits when I sign in online. I'll show up on site Parker rd Jonesboro AR. And when I sign in on the computer at the front desk my name gets put up on the board twice. And for the last 3 visits neither name has been looked at when on the board. For 30 minutes after my online appointment my name doesn't get call while others are let in front of Me. Customer service is trash because the last 2 times I've said something about it and nothing has been fixed in the computer making this situation continue to happen.

Don't normally post but tonight i had an appt with Heather. Because of my job schedule i showed up over an hour late. She got me seated right away and gave me the perfect fade. Sport Clips should feel blessed to have her there. It was an amazing experience.

If I could give zero stars, I would.I went here to get a trim and shape before my wedding. I shoulda walked out like my guts told me as soon as I saw the barber (didn’t get her name, she had pink hair). The barber did not listen to a dang word we said and kept cutting and cutting. Not sure if she’s new or what. I couldn’t see my hair because I wasn’t pointed towards the mirror, so I couldn’t say “stop” or “no”, or anything. Horrible dang experience, screwed up my hair entirely.Fellas with long hair, go elsewhere.

I checked in online then signed in when I got there .sat there for 33minutes and they seated a walkin before me and when I pointed out I did the online and even signed in with my name plainly on the electronic board they stated that it doesn't sign you in or give you a place in line .so whats the point of following their instructions if it's all a big waste of time won't go back and have told others of the problems I faced

My son came into Sports Clips in a bad mood due to being grounded. His stylist talked to him and let him vent. By the end of his haircut his mood had totally changed. He was joking, laughing, and smiling. I highly recommend his stylist Amanda. She took time with him and on his cut. We enjoyed the rest of our day thanks to her!Service: Kids' cuts
