I love this place and this is where my daughter lives and I can't wait to move here . Also it is very beautiful and very nice and it is the best apts in Arkansas and it is so pretty and. Amazing staff. And it is just the very best apts in Arkansas to live at . And I would recommend these apts to all my friends and family . And. It's just a amazing place to be it is definitely home sweet home can't wait to live here August 15.

I currently live here and apartment is decent & it’s affordable for a young college student, but the pest are out of control no matter how much you clean up it’s a bug SOMEWHERE in the apartment! I put in a maintenance request they still haven’t showed up. This has been going on since the summer time with gnats flying around everywhere to big ass roaches, and even centipede like insects. This shit is ridiculous and they want to raise the rent but don’t want to fix the bug issue it’s no reason bugs should be all in my damn bathroom. I will insert a picture wish I would have took more pictures of other bugs just to show how bad it really is.

Stay as far away from this place as possible!!! Too bad you can't leave negative stars!! Worst experience we've ever had with an apartment complex. When we moved in the apartment was nasty, not clean, had grease running down the cabinet doors. After moving out, they have charged us almost 300.00 to do a basic clean and paint on a room with just basic wear and tear. It was cleaner when we moved out than when we moved in. The water would not get hot. The dishwasher didn't work, even after multiple work orders. The Sink stayed clogged all year. Do not stay here. Find another option. It would be better to pay more and get what you pay for. Will never stay here again.

I would like to preface this by saying that the stadium view employees have been nothing but nice and helpful towards us during our stay here.
However, towards the end of the lease, my roommates and I had multiple issues. Our biggest concern being the refrigerator.. Our fridge continued to not work over the span of several weeks. Maintenance would come to fix it..Then it would be warm within the next few days. This caused us to waste hundreds of dollars of food. I believe we put in 5+ work orders for the same issue. The fridge was still not working when I moved out.
My roommate had hundreds of flies coming through her air vent and into her bathroom during the night. We could not get an emergency maintenance request or anyone to come until after noon the next day.
There has been multiple times where I have felt unsafe leaving my apartment due to people walking around blaring music, fighting, and disrupting the public. (there was a shooting here during my stay). My car got broken into TWICE. The gates are always left open, and when they are closed the keypad is always having issues.
There is only one dumpster that people continuously throw their trash around and not inside the dumpster. making the area stink and very dirty. Vomit/trash/dog poop is often found outside and in the grass.

They are too much unprofessional, have many hidden charges . Too much cunning, they know how to trap you during signing leasing agreements. read carefully before signing leasing agreements otherwise you’ll be conned.

This place is a rip off if you arent attending arkansas state university and are just looking for an apartment. You have no trash besides a trash compactor at one far corner of the whole complex. They try to get any extra money out of you that they can. I moved states after living here for a year and they charged me 180$ for a “bag of trash” and paint. I didn’t put anything on the walls so no need to paint and there was no trash . They never notified me of the charge either and now its on my credit report a year later. 700$ for one bedroom to live with a complete stranger, if u dont know anyone to sucker into this with you, is just crazy.

The apartments are clean and accessible. Great value when compared to the A State dorms. The apartment manager James is easy to work with and thoroughly explains everything. I would recommend this facility for college living.

Lived here a few months. So far it's been good. The people at the office are attentive and get things done from my experience. It's a nice apartment for what you're paying. Just a little small but that's alright. Nice area.

I came here first in summer that time they provide good coffee, have proper pool stick, each and everything good but right now they are not providing good coffee, they don’t have cup sometimes, sometimes no tv remote, and they haven’t provide pool stick yet it’s like 1 week. I am not satisfied. That’s it’s i wanna say.

I’d give 0 stars if I couldIf it isn’t the people upstairs stomping loud all day and all night then it’s the people next door partying on a Thursday night when I had to get up at 5am the next day.They let ANYONE inside the gates because there’s always guys that don’t live there playing basketball. Plus three guys tried to rob my roommate. Also cars were getting broken into at one point. The first 4 months living there they kept the gates open the entire time. Let’s not forget they let a man walk around with a big knife on his side blasting music through a speaker.Maintenance comes into the apartment without notice. They changed the door handle to my room but I never put in a maintenance request for it. Their “repairs” are sloppy to where it doesn’t seem like they even fixed anything.Stadium View only cares about your money. They repaint the rooms but charge you for it. That place will just charge you for ANYTHING!I’d suggest moving to WOLF CREEK they are best apartment I’ve stayed at.
