I lived here going on 5 years now. It’s a good place to stay. The parking kinda sucks. Where my apartment sits the guess parking is kinda far but I guess they can’t do anything about that. My biggest issue is the trash stay full it makes the apartment look bad. We gotta hold bags of trash in the house until the day the trash gets dump or pile the bags on side of the dumpster. It be so much trash outside of the dumpster that when they dump it the garbage bins gets right back full. In my old apartment the trash use to get dump twice a week you’ll think with an apartment this size the trash would get dumped more often . We pay good money for these apartments we shouldn’t have to endure the sight of the over flowing trash binds.

It was a mostly quiet place to live for the thirteen months I was there. One manager was kind and attentive. The unit was clean and repairs were generally quickly taken care of. My major issues were that I could not use my oven without the smoke detector going off due to heat. I talked to the manager and she said “don’t you like it like that because it means it’s working and we don’t want fires”. I had to disconnect the smoke detector and take the battery out if I wanted to use my oven at all. That alone was nearly unlivable, since I needed to cook for myself every day. My second major issue was parking. I lived in Building I which is the only one to share a lot with another building, effectively meaning that Buildings I and J only have half the parking of the other buildings. So many times I would have to lug groceries from the distant guest lot even if a spot was available across from my building. Management did not care that they essentially built Building J with no parking lot for that building. Finally, we had a major freeze while I was there and somewhere between Buildings A and C had a busted pipe and a leak, so instead of turning water off to those effected buildings, they shut water off to the entire complex during Christmas. I had guests over and no way to wash dishes, shower, or flush the toilet even though my building had no leaks. Management told us to go outside and shovel snow to flush our toilets, which was insulting. And of course there was no deduction on rent for the near week we all were without water. When I moved out I did get most of my deposit back but no explanation for why it wasn’t the entire amount, despite the only damage being already documented from when I moved in. It was a safe place, but not without some major annoyances.

A great and affordable place to live! If there were any problems, they fixed it quick which we greatly appreciated. Never saw shady people living here. The neighbors were always great. Both the ladies working there are great and helpful. The gym, the pool, the walking trails just make it even better.

I lived here for over a year and loved everything about it. The manager Sam is friendly and helpful and same goes to the other lady in the office. Maintenance is quick and friendly. Very peaceful and quiet place to be in Jonesboro with everything close by. Trim gym, Aldi, Sam’s club are minutes away and Craighead park isn’t too far. All the complaints were taken care of really quick. Would definitely recommend to stay. The price is best in Jonesboro compared to other apartments.

I lived here for 5 years and was very pleased with the apartment and the staff. The price was very reasonable and the one-bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. My favorite feature was the courtyard for walking and just enjoying a natural area. Staff was very helpful and quick to respond to any maintenance or noise issues. It is down the street from a school, so there is a lot of traffic in the morning and late afternoon but that is the only real drawback I had. I highly recommend the Meadows!

Decent place. Easy to miss the turn in tho lol. It’s a busy lil spot where you have to turn in so be careful. They’re labeled alphabetically but the letters are big on the side of the apartments. Watch the door numbers too lol

Had no problems with my stay here at the Meadows. The leasing managers were awesome and kind! Maintenance was timely and neighbors were quiet. Never had any noise problems. Would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a new home!

I lived here for almost three years. For the price you pay, I definitely think it’s worth it. The pool was the highlight of my summer. I always felt very safe. I never had any issues with management either. I would recommend this place to my friends, for sure!

I lived there for 5 years. Paid nearly $50,000 in rent as well as $900 in deposits. Tami and Jennifer were great. Every manager since then has been mediocre at best. I was charged an excess of $160 beyond my deposit for false claims. The rent goes up regularly. The tenants are not great. The maintenance is very slow. The parking situation is awful. I cannot caution against this property enough.

This is the first apartment I’ve ever leased, The Meadows definitely sets the bar for the future. Sam is great, she’ll help you with anything you need! Maintenance is always out on time, noise from neighbors is not an issue, it’s an overall great apartment to lease!
