Always busy but you never have to wait long for the trip through the tunnel. Vacuums were great too. Just s small bit of advice, give a bit more space in-between cars through the tunnel.

Exceptional customer service; drove up to the window and was greeted by a friendly face and was just about sold on a membership, unfortunately I had to decline for now, but will definitely be getting one in the future!!

I love this car wash, but I live in Piggott. Just wish there was one closer...I go through everytime I get to Jonesboro.

Wish these carwashes were all over the country. Easy access, easy entry and free vacuum machines. Reasonable prices and alot of washing options.

This is the best Tommy's location in Jonesboro. It seems to never be busy (or have those ridiculous waiting lines), its clean, and the overall wash just seems better.

I have been paying for the premium subscription for about 4 years..i like the ease of access.. but it doesn't clean my car properly.. it does a good job though.. but being a member for so long you would hope a peek would come with it sooner than later. A free 6 months for long time subscribers or at least 1 free month. Some type of loyalty rewards would be nice. I like the free included vacuums and mat washing stations.

Fast, easy, and gets car clean. I really like the unlimited washes where it recognizes your license plate with mostly no wait.
