This has to be one of the better automatic car washes I have used. I am always worried when it comes to the quality an automatic car wash can provide, but this one does a very good job. The $3 clean-up kit is a steal IMO also. It comes with enough supplies to clean the interior and a couple of little car freshners.

We purchased a membership because we love the speed and simplicity at Tommy's! In the countless times we've been here, we only ever had trouble once when they experienced a mechanical problem and we were already 1/3 through the wash. Within 2 minutes they were handing out free wash certificates, rinsing my car, then guiding us out. Things happen, but they handled it very well.

Since the owner asked me details, the car wash didn't get my car clean. I chose the top package and ran the car through and it was still covered in bugs. I ended up having to wash it again somewhere else and then it was clean.

One of the attendants let me use his phone to call my husband after I locked myself out of my car and gave me a glass of water while I waited. I was pregnant and it was hot so it meant a lot to us.

We absolutely love going to the Tommy’s in Jonesboro on Visions! We typically visit once a day because our autistic son is obsessed with the car wash. I can’t begin to describe how nice all of the staff is to him! They treat him like he’s a part of the family! There’s a young man that works there I believe his name is Colton and he is absolutely one of the most kindest hard working people I’ve met! The whole team is amazing!! Nicer car wash (automated). Not too expensive assuming you use the vacuums and floor mat washer's afterwards (only flat floor mats can be washed in them).I stopped by to do some preventative maintenance (washing the salt from the last snow off my car) and took the time to give it a deeper clean.Vacuums work well enough, car wash seems to clean decently. And they have $3 "Detail Kits" you can use for cleaning glass and interior.It was just under $20 for "The Works" (top tier wash).

Barely acceptable for a winter car wash. I wanted a bottom wash to get road salt off vehicle. I do not think the 2----3seconds of water spraying up did anything. Might even made it worse. Other than that i paid for a$10 wash and it did better than expected.

Very busy of course following the snowfall and chemicals from the roadways! Since I was just visiting and didn't need the 30 day wash.They went ahead and let me have it for my parents to use ! How pleasant that was!

I have tried and tried to give this place a chance. Multiple times actually. But i come through and spend my money it gets wasted everytime & it's not just the location it's every single one i go to it NEVER cleans my car and even sometimes leaves it looking worse than prior going into it. I'm not the type to leave bad reviews, it's just i've been so irritated with how much i spend for it to do absolutely NOTHING. These pictures are just an example of my car from the last visit a few days ago!
