I rented a pickup truck from Uhaul on Neil Dr after the manager Steve refused to rent a pickup to my friend due to various reasons. We went back to this Uhaul location (Red wolf blvd) to rent a trailer with a ramp, because the trailer wasnt available at other locations. Steve raised his voice, talked over me, cut me off mid sentence, and even said "I can yell at her if I have to" in response to me saying my grandmother is hard of hearing. He wanted me to send my grandmother up there to rent the trailer from him and when I explained that she needs someone with a deep voice to speak to her and not a loud voice he cut me off mid sentence again. He got visibly frustrated and told me that my grandmother could rent the trailer with her lease agreement if the address and landlord information was typed in and not written in. I left after telling him all of our things are packed hence why we need the trailer and it was childish of him to not accept our current lease agreement because he didnt recognize the property management company. Steve shouldnt be allowed to work with the public. Complete asshole. If youre looking for a Uhaul location that will go above and beyond for you, please go to the location on Neil Drive. Bianca is absolutely amazing! Without her help, Id be stuck moving my grandmother's house with a Mini Van.

Want to rent a pickup truck you gotta have a major credit card so I go down here to help my father in law since they won’t take his debit card. They refuse to even take my debit card said it has to be a credit card. I go to hand them my credit card and he says I have to take a picture with my hat off to rent the truck. He says if I can’t take off my hat I can’t rent the truck! Most ridiculous nonsense I’ve ever heard in my life! Zero stars if I could!

I arrived Saturday morning 10/19 around 7:30 to retrieve my rental along with all rental equipment, including a mattress bag, and an appliance dolly. While confirming and checking out the rental, the guy at the register was more interested than talking to the customer. When asking about the rental equipment, the same guy had me looking for a mattress protector that was in another room and it was very apparent he did not want to get off his seat and help. I also asked about my equipment dolly, was told to go see if it was in the back of the rental or they didn’t have it. It was not there and he said that no others were available. He checked one room. Upon returning the rental, I was trying to find an employee in the return area, I noticed a cubby with what appeared to be 3 appliances dolly’s. The morning shift worker made it clear he did not want to be there nor did he want me there. Although I will say when I dropped off the rental, the lady at the register was super helpful, prompt, and had a good attitude. Cannot say the same for the morning man. Its just very frustrating to have to have spent over 200 on an appliance dolly instead of renting one for the day when clearly there were some available but somebody was too lazy to check.

Slowest customer service I’ve experienced. Four employees in the store and only one if them helping customers. I did the mobile check-in, which is a train wreck of another kind, and they couldn’t take the time to just hand me my key. The one person working the counter left for 15 minutes to hook up a trailer for another customer.
Check- in was even WORSE. And then they had the nerve to charge me for fuel, when I have photos showing the before and after that prove I returned the truck with MORE fuel.
Sadly they seem to have a monopoly, or I would choose any other option.

Worst business in Jonesboro. Extremely poor customer management. Employees walking around staring while 1 employee takes care of a line of customers all the way back to the door.

Infestation of Roaches on the walls and by the register. Also there was bed bugs in the Uhaul.

By far the worst experience ever and will never do business with this location. Rented a U-HAUL truck to get a U-Haul truck with NO AC and was stuck with this vehicle for my travel under a heat advisory. After several days and multiple attempts I was finally able to speak to DM to get a $50 refund for my horrible experience and inconvenience. $50 dollars refund is unacceptable and an insult. If your vehicles are not 100% then tag them out and do not rent them out. Plain and simple this is extremely poor business and do not recommend. A full refund is what I asked and suggested for this horrible experience.

Worst location ever I was in their and trying to rent some equipment and that so called GM Nate is pitiful he wouldn’t not let me rent the equipment I needed and I’m a truck driver I haul explosives on a daily’s basis and he think I don’t know how the rules of the road work or DOT laws it’s only a matter of time before they find somebody better more qualified for the job but I went to the other location that’s a third party now that woman their she knows her stuff I was in and out in under 10 mins compared to being in the one on red wolf over a hour yall please go to the one on Neil Dr don’t go to this one with their incompetent GM Nate 😠🙅🏽♂️😤

If it would have let me leave no stars I would have the communication with staff horrible one employee told is If we needed long we could just extend and pay for the extra come the day to do this mind you Sunday and Father's day they say oh no you have to bring back so we can check oil and maintenance ??? Why was this never mentioned prior no manager to tall to either never again use them worst fathers day ever for us

Absolute zero communication between the staff. Even if you call and make a payment arrangement, they will still harass you multiple times a week. The first time the DM was supposed to call me I was at work. She did not leave a voicemail. The second time, it took her over a week to return my call. Absolutely the worst company to do buisness with.

U-Haul now requires you to provide the contact information for two people prior to renting a vehicle to you. U-Haul must speak with said contacts on the phone before renting to you. I’m sure that policy is there for some reason, but I will not be renting from u-haul until that policy goes away

This location has great service with very friendly employees. I would recommend it to anyone. I was there for a hitch install while waiting and Justin was awesome! Kirsten was a pleasure to all of her customers.

Called an hour before my pick up time to make sure they had everything before I got a ride down there. The person told me I was good to go. I showed up and the front desk worker told me "yea your good to go, but the person who has your truck isnt. They havent showed back up yet".. Long story short, horrible service and the front desk person straight up lied to me serval times.. Also, why do you need to verify that you can get in touch with both my listed phone contacts before you can proceed any further, while on the speaker phone in front all the other customers?? Then after doing all that, then tell me you don't have my rental I booked in advance? Literally wasted an hour of my time today at this place
