This was a very good move, and it was my first. The trailer was taller and wider than I expected. You can book any space more than 5 ft (base price) and still have the flexibility to occupy lesser or larger space. You will be charged based on what you have occupied per feet after the base price. They delivered the trailer 3 days ahead and since I choose for a fixed 3 days delivery option it was delivered exactly on the day. The driver waited for me for more than an hour because I did not manage to be in my new address in time. He was still humble when I finally received it. Thanks for the team ! This was cheaper, easier and more flexible than other similar options I had searched.

I completed my military move with UPack and was not disappointed. They provided both physical and digital weight receipts. Both drivers were extremely courteous and ensured trailer positioning was out of the way but positioned for ease of loading. It was also affordable, and I even received a discounted price from the quote for not utilizing all of the trailer space. I will recommend this method to my friends/family that move themselves in the future.
