Paige W. The manager with pink/purple hair is the sweetest person ever. She color matched my sister perfect on the first try and was so helpful with primers/how to hydrate and general education about skin issues. She listened to all our concerns and what type of look my sister wanted and recommended the best products that actually fit what she wanted perfectly.
She also played and interacted with my son who's a toddler. I've never felt more welcome and heard at one time. It can be intimidating going into a beauty store if you don't feel like you know what you're looking for but she made the process and education so easy and fun. Thank you Paige!

Manager NEEDS to work on their customer service skills. I went in today looking for a serum which was priced differently in store from what it said online. So I decided to ask up at the front register, which was the correct price since I was unsure. I did not want a price match. Keep that in mind. The girl checking me out was super polite and said she wasn’t sure which was the correct price so she asked her manager standing right next to her at another register. The Manager with the short blonde hair in the rudest way possible told her we don’t price match online. I stood there in shock at how she spoke to her employee and to me the customer after asking a simple question. Please do better Ulta at hired managers that actually know how to treat your customers and your employees.
