Ok so I sat at home all day for a package and now I get an update saying the delivery was attempted which is a lie ..so whichever driver came did not knock or anything and I’m highly upset!!! And there is not a sticker on either door so quit lying

We had 5 customers, one left before being helped. We waited greater than ten minutes. I asked for assistance in the beck, guys packing stuff. "She will be there soon". No one shows for another 5 mins. No service. We dropped our stuff off. Hope they send it off safely. You need a bell to ring for assistance, and a camera to see whom is in the front that needs timely assistance. Cross train the guys to assist.

I gave one star because I’m forced to. I wish I could give negative 5 stars. DO NOT SHIP UPS, at least not from this location. I’ve only dealt with one pleasant employee over the past several years. The lady that is usually there seems to be angry about being there, and is extremely condescending. Their ‘overnight’ shipping should just say ‘goes on a plane, but arrives when we see fit’ TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE SHIPPING( I’ve had maybe two of 50 packages arrive when I was told it would) I’ve literally had better and more consistent shipping service from USPS. Please take your items to FedEx, you may actually get what you pay for, and won’t have to deal with unhelpful, uncaring people that want to get an attitude with you for having the audacity to go into this location for the service their business is SUPPOSED to provide. This is the culmination of many, many bad experiences. Not a one time bad experience. Hopefully this review saves you time, money, and headache. Also, don’t expect a refund in a timely manner for their multitude of mistakes. They are happy to take 100 bucks of your money to overnight a .25 lb package, but they ‘can’t provide refunds, call the 1-800 number’ when you call that and say ‘I paid for it to arrive by noon next day, it’s nearly 7 hours late and hasn’t had any scan beyond Jonesboro’ they will explain that you have to wait a day or two after they fail to provide the service you paid for, then you can call back to ‘discuss options’ so I’m fully prepared for this garbage company to try and avoid owning up to their end of the transaction in yet another way.

They are always very nice and have tape I can use to seal Amazon return packages. They allow for bar code return.

Poor excuse for a customer service center. The UPS site says, “UPS Customer Center provides you with full-service packaging services and convenient hours to handle your last-minute shipping needs.” If that’s accurate, then why does the clerk at this location deny items for delivery. I brought in an item to return per Amazon directions. The UPS clerk told me Amazon lied & that I need to package the item in one inch thick material & print out the label myself or take it to Pak Mail & pay to have the label printed and the item packaged. This is one of several instances over the years in which the “customer service” clerk at this UPS location has provided no customer service.

I had two packages that were to be delivered but only one was, yet both were marked as delivered. Called UPS customer service and they were no help. Clearly thieves working in the department.

The driver delivered my package to the wrong address, then when I tried to file a claim the operating system said my package was still in route. Funny because it was already marked as delivered Friday, April 21, 2023 which is why I was calling for a claim. Then they told me they found my package and it would be delivered today, April 24, 2023 by 5pm. Here it is 9:11pm and still no package, no explanation, no one to answer my questions yet it is marked for delivered AGAIN for 7:12pm!! Just an all around unpleasant experience and I usually never go through this. Even if they mark the package for delivered a little early it usually comes later in the day or the next day but this is outrageous

The do not have responsible drivers. I had a package that said “delivered”. I watch my cameras and no delivery way made. They do not attempt to investigate to see if the drive stole or misplaced the item at the wrong address. If you want to lose $43 or more use, UPS they can help you with that.

Most unpleasant experience of my life! First I did a rough estimate on their website for approximate cost for mailing a package. I didn't expect it to be exact, however was off by $20 in ups favor when I went to the store. I questioned the woman at the counter & was told "I just plug the dimensions into the computer & it tells me. Well when I got home & looked at my receipt, not knowing they were on there, her dimensions were off by more than 10 inches! Omg try to call the 800# to speak to someone!! I have never been DISCONNECTED so many time by an automated routing system. When I finally got thru each time I was told to call back the following week. It's week 3 and I called a random ups store I googled & the man put me thru to an extension I waited 45 minutes for & it was someone in the Philippines that could hardly understand what I was saying. Said I would be reimbursed, asked for an email that took 30 minutes to be repeated back correctly, could not give me any confirmation #, case # . I am at my wits end. Said I would receive confirmation within 90 minutes. Has not happened. Nope. NEVER will I ever do business again with them. Guess I will eat the over-charges as a lesson learned. For those not savvy with mailing via UPS, check your dimensions against theirs before you pay! Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Just bullsh☆t.Disgusted.

For 3 days I've been trying to receive my packages and for 3 days the UPS driver just left a paper saying they tried to deliver the package but they haven't! No one is knocking on my door or anything! Been trying to call the USP store and it literally will not let you talk to a human! I HATE UPS and will always stick with fedex when I have the option! These people are extremely unprofessional and they get enjoyment knowing they are causing you problems!

Slow service. Had to wait 15 mins after opening for someone to come to the counter. No bell to ring for service or anything.
