Marked 2 packages that have been out for delivery all day as no access to leave delivery. With my empty mail box, no cars in the yard, no traffic on the road and got rh3 text while I was outside with my dogs so I know they didn't even attempt to deliver. Both of the packages on aftership got marked as incorrect address but I know that isn't true bc my informed delivery wouldn't have picked up the shipments coming here if it wasn't my address. The post office can't admit when they couldn't meet their own time constraints and mark them late? Why put a lie on the reason if not to save your own a**. New management would be a good idea here. None of my neighbors received mail today either I asked.

The carrier didn’t leave my package and flagged it as Customer Request. I never requested anything to be held. I wish we had better mail service that would respect the customer.

Loses our mail, never on time, no working phone to call.EDIT : this post office isn’t the best, I will say they’re trying.A nice lady I believe named Kim resolved this issue.The reason for edit is the mail man Josh with long hair is the OG mail man and is always doing the absolute best!! He is efficient, polite, delivers my mail to me and not my neighbors, and closes my mailbox!Thanks for making every experience better with USPS Josh!

I take the "expected time of arrival' very seriously, especially when I'm waiting for my packages before going out of town. Now, where is USPS going to drop off my package? I won't be there! Ridiculous.

I think we should change the name to Ghost Office. No one seems to work there. They are never in the office. They NEVER answer the phone, it will just hang up on you. You can’t talk to a person anymore it’s either on line or Kious but God forbid they lift a finger to help you. Oh, if the phone is answered it’s by an answering person from China or some person that you can’t understand. Ggggrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!

We are still relatively new to Jonesboro. The mail service here is terrible! The mail carrier (truck number 3309427) always damages our packages especially those we receive from Amazon because she is too lazy to bring oversized packages to the doorstep although we request it on every order. The attached photo shows what she does instead. I still don't understand why Amazon uses them. I can only hope this USPS location loses their contract with Amazon because from what I see with the other reviews, things are not going to get any better.

USPS misplaced a package that was enroute to me (tracking number confirms this). I filed a claim that was denied because a package they lost was not insured. Now I am out money for a package the USPS misplaced.

This is a review for the driver that left both packs in the middle of my drive yesterday! Thankfully my neighbor saw them and alerted me! Driver pulled up, opened their door and set the packages directly outside their car!??
