I had new phone that would not activate so customer service told me to take it into store and they would replace it so I go there and go thru a bunch of mess then when they finally stop giving me a run around they say ok they can replace it but I had to buy yet another new phone I told them no why would I when I just paid over 100 for new phone I had. Needless to say I said a few choice words and walked out

Ok so I bought a prepaid Verizon phone and service card and after repeatedly trying to activate my phone I had to call customer service and I spent from 8:51am today untill 4:42pm on phone with them repeatedly going thru their rather poor failed attempts to fix the problem. I was sent to this store by them to get help so I had customer service on phone still plus 2 ppl in store so called helping me. First they said they would replace phone no cost but when they got ready to do it suddenly they expected me to buy another new phone even though mine was new. Learn from my mistake go else where and NEVER buy Verizon they are dishonest and lesson cost me well over $100 don't let yours cost you cause what you save by not going to Verizon will buy to a phone and service else whete for less.

The people here were very helpful and friendly and things went ok. The manager that was helping her staff with working with us was knowledgeable.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Would not help me with what I needed told me they had no phones in stock also told me I could not get a iPhone 13 pro max untill FEBRUARY I drove to Paragould russells cellular and got one that in stock they also had plenty in stock and have some on order and would have more December 29th!!! I do not recommend this place!!!

Excellent service (even on Black Friday). Jame and Michael were very helpful. Checked my account, dropped things I wasn't using and got me into the latest phone and tweaked my account to save money. I'm a very happy customer.

I only came in to ask if they could get a replacement because I've been having issues with my cell phone. They required I wear a mask and I made it clear that I could not because of my medical conditions. And they still insisted I wear one. The Arkansas mandate was lifted recently and I know the law states that I cant be forced to wear a mask because of said medical condition. The guy still insisted so I just left. I legally do not have to disclose my condition with any stores I enter. And I felt I was treated in considerably unfair. I feel that corporate business should reconsider their rules upon which state they're locations are in with this covid policy.
