Went to get my prescription filled and they told me 30 mins to an hour. I went back in after over an hour and they then told me it’d be 45- 1 hour and 45 mins of a wait now. They’ve had “thousands of prescriptions to fill” is what they told me. Rude customer service and not time efficient at all. I live 30 minutes away so now I’ll be waiting until tomorrow to get my medicine, given that they even have it filled by then.

Terrible location. Always a line out to the road. Takes them HOURS just to put together a couple of basic prescriptions. Once you get in line, you're gonna sit for 10 to 15 min. Walgreens in general have gone to the dump, but this one is particularly horrible. If my insurance would work at CVS, I'd just go there.

Your cashier named Marvette… PLEASE KEEP HER FOREVER! I was having a bad start to my morning. I seen how she was so friendly and polite with the customer before me. I told her I loved her positive energy and how kind she is. This is something we don’t see too often. Just her positive and uplifting attitude helped get me through this morning! All it takes is one kind word. When I was leaving I heard her saying how she loves her job. Protect this worker at all costs! I really think she’s an angel in disguise! ❤️

Placed online order for store pickup within 30 minutes. Approx. 2 hours later I received email stating order was delayed. (No info. Provided as to how long delay would be, 1 hour, 1 day, 1 month, etc.) Only instructions to contact store directly for more info. Which I did only to hear recorded msg. To call Customer Care. Then I get email stating order canceled. Complete false advertising. My order was clearly confirmed at the time.I placed it. Why put customers through all of this?
Knowing that order is not gonna be filled in the first place? I received yet another email offering Ten percent off on my next online order. HA! There will not be a next online order but me. Terrible terrible business practices

I saw they had my prescription cheaper than Walmart on goodrx, had the prescription sent there but not before calling to confirm they took goodrx to which they told me yes they did. Had the doctor send it in and since I don't have a vehicle I had to walk a good ways down there to go pick up my insulin. When I got there I was told they don't accept goodrx(the exact opposite of what I was told on the phone remind you). The lady I talked to seemed more interested in selling me one pen or trying to convince me that I should get on insurance which I can't afford than just letting me leave cause I wasn't about to spend 400 bucks on a prescription that I could get cheaper at Walmart. I am sorry but if you don't accept goodrx maybe say that when someone calls and asks instead of letting them waste their time arranging to have their doctor send it to a pharmacy you have never been to and taking the time to walk to. I am now without insulin until Monday because my doctor office is closed and Walgreens is anything but helpful. This has been my first and my LAST experience with Walgreens. Being open 24 hours is the ONLY perk to going here.

One of the only places in Jonesboro that have maintained the 24/7 open status. Prices are steep, even w coupons and saving. Hard to care when it’s 3 AM and Ben and Jerry are calling your name 😅

Had To Sign Up Again For Certain Services, As I Had Not Shopped There For Quite Sometime. That Was OK, Until I Found Out My AARP Card Was No Longer Accepted, And After I Bought Nearly $40.00 Worth Of Merchandise. The Clerk Could Not Tell Me Why Either??

They mislabeled my husband’s steroids as a cough suppressant. He was following the cough medicine instructions and was taking 3 steroids when he should have only been taking two. He didn’t figure out the mixup until he went to an urgent care. Completely ridiculous. What if it had been something he was allergic to or you made him overdose on something? Don’t have clowns handling MEDICINE.

This pharmacy is open 24 hours, 365 days a year and it's the only Walgreens in town with those hours. It offers a lot of things is you need a quick, convenient stop. The keyword there is conveniently because most likely you are going to pay more here than at other retailers. I mostly shop online using their digital coupons and you can score some good deals that way. The only other time I regularly shop here is for convenience or during holidays.
