If you could give a 0 I would. The pharmacy is terrible. Staff cared more about standing around and talking and laughing with each other than caring for patients. Refused to answer the phone after hours of trying to get through. Wouldn't transfer medicine. Terrible terrible service. Find another pharmacy cause this one isn't worth it.

I came to this Walgreens to get tested for covid. The two emails I received about my appointment and signs posted in the drive thru say to keep your window rolled up. I pull up to the glass and before I can ask if it’s okay to roll it down the girl on the other side rudely snapped at me and said “you’re gonna have to roll your window down” while looking extremely annoyed. I was only trying to follow their instructions to protect THEM. It was unnecessarily hateful the tone she used with me.

Drive through should be for dropping off a prescription and moving on, not waiting on your prescription to be filled. This is ridiculous! Drive through should also be for picking up prescriptions that are already filled, not waiting on a prescription to be filled, this is so ridiculous!!

I work extensively with my mental healthcare team, we are in constant communication. The only ones who make it EXTREMELY hard are the Walgreens pharmacy on redwolf. I’ve never been made to feel so stupid or useless when I am ONLY contacting them about the medications my team try to help me with. We are moving pharmacies and I would recommend EVERYONE using this location do the exact same thing. Every little thing is a chore for them and it is not like that across the street or down the road at your local pharmacies. Appalled, ashamed, and mad I ever used them to begin with. Rude, cold, and they definitely do NOT care for the best of the patient or try to help them

Horrible customer service. It took 3 times and 2 days to get all my prescriptions that should have took 1. Threatened calling the police on me because after all that I refused to pull up out of the line when NOONE was even behind me. Cailyn and Wendy both should be fired! I filed a complaint and if they aren't. I will take my business elsewhere. That is so disrespectful and unprofessional. They ARE negligent. Kids today does not know a thing about customer service. My complaint # is #12517361 been a customer for YEARS spend alot of money there. That will change quickly.

For one don't have childish disrespectful employees that threaten their customers with law enforcement because they won't pull up when noone is even behind them. Not to mention having to make 3 purchases on my debit card because of their negligence of leaving prescriptions out! Been a customer for YEARS and I spend alot of money there. I filed a complaint case #12517361 on Cailyn and Wendy. I will also be taking my business elsewhere! The video surveillance will show it ALL!

Won’t update my information in their system. I had to call my doctor for a refill every time I need a BC refill for what should be a prescription that’s good for one year. So I had to do this monthly and got so frustrated that I changed pharmacies. Go somewhere else please. Save your sanity.

The pharmacist Wendy goes above and beyond to take care of our us. She has help me countless times navigate stubborn insurance issues. She once suggested a manufacturer’s savings card that dropped my price from 259.90 to 25.00 ! I can’t think of any reason I’ll ever use another pharmacy. Now if I could just quit calling it Super D’s :)

Absolutely terrible. Told me they had one box of my medication and it’d 30 minutes. Take in mind this medication was for the flu and it was literally two tablets. I went back after 30 minutes and they told me it’d be another 20. So finally when the time came they game me something completely different and said they didn’t have that there.

The pharmacy is good but the store is always understaffed. Most of the time you have to search for someone to check you out. I go here between 2-4 times a week and noticed the customer service varies depending on what days you go. Some days there is horrible customer service and others its great. Yesterday I went to pickup a FedEx package and waited in line like everyone else and the guy told me I had to wait until he checked out the 2 people behind me. HORIBBLE! Am I not a customer too? If this wasn't so close to my house I would have stopped using this place a long time ago.
