It is hit and miss up there with the people at the window 2 weeks ago I went to pick up a prescription and pulled to the outside lane and hit call button one of the techs came on and said go to main window so pulled around with two cars in front of me.I then see a female go into the outside lane and she was assisted when I pulled up to window I asked why I was moved they simply ignored what I asked and proceeded to fill script and I see another female pull up to outside lane and the same person that told me to move assisted her like what do you have sexist techs or what especially in this day and age. I do have to say most techs there are robots with hateful expressions except for couple like had a tech think name was Crystal that helped with pricing and was nice and not grumpy as the usual techs but the was another but can't remember her name. The pharmacist on the other hand are polite and helpful reason I gave Three stars instead of one star. I think they need just get less hateful techs.

I absolutely love Jonesboro, but I have to say, this Walmart has terrible customer service. Not a single person said hello, and after checking out at the self-checkout, I made a point to thank the self checkout attendants with a smile. One of them looked like they had a full attitude, and the other acted like I didn’t even exist. Definitely room for improvement.

Bad experience at pharmacy. The certified pharmacy tech Whose name started with a C And was working on September 8 at 4:27 PM Was extremely rude. Asked for my insurance card, which I told her I do not have on me Because I frequent This pharmacy And I have not swapped insurance In over a year. She was mad because she had to look up my insurance information. She told me if they did not have the correct insurance in the file. I told her that I have monthly prescriptions here And have had them For quite some time. Her stated it’s was not really her problem I could just pay the base price/ ininsured price, that the wrong information was in the computer. I must have had a bad look on my face, as I’m in pain and frustrated now. She Proceeded to write down all of my insurance information by looking it up somewhere on her system, however, she didn’t want to put it in the computer. She told me to bring that information with me the next time that I picked up my prescription so someone could put it in. There was no one at the counter and no one in line. She asked again why I do not keep my insurance card on me, And I told her it is a CIGNA policy through my work, And they do not send cards in the mail. I have to get online and give them the information. I did not have my phone at the time. She turned back around after payment and continued talking and laughing with her coworkers. Due to her rudeness, And the constant sighing and rolling her eyes at having do do a job you get paid for, If she is not a fill-in And Will be here full-time Me and my family will take our businesses elsewhere. That’ll be 4 people with monthly prescriptions less she will have to worry about.

if there was a zero stars review i would choose it, every time i come to this walmart there’s always an arruine with workers and somehow make my day worse, i was at the register and the woman was flinging my food around and even made our onions hit another register somehow, and then had the audacity to tell me to go pick it up myself, never coming back going to sam’s instead never this treatment there
