Stay FAR AWAY!Ordered a carport directly from Coast to Coast carports at the beginning of August. Was told by the sales rep that the delivery time was normally taking 1-4weeks but could be as long as 6-8weeks. Contract said 6-8wks (possibly longer). I was assured by the sales rep that these carports were being installed quickly and it wouldn't take that long. I told her that the site was ready when I placed the order.Fast forward 2 months and I hadn't heard anything back, so I contact them to figure out the status. I get referred to the scheduling group who tells me they'll get check into it and get back to me. I don't hear anything back for a couple weeks and contact them again. I'm told they're working on a load to my area and should hear something soon.3 weeks go by, nothing. Inquire again, no response. Inquire again, get the runaround and am told delivery time was not guaranteed. Yeah, I realize that, but don't lie to your customers up front to get a deposit if you have no intention of delivering on that promise. At 4 months, I asked for a refund of my deposit. I was told someone would "get back to me today". Another lie. I've since filed a dispute with my CC company to get my deposit back since they won't willingly refund. If that doesn't go through, I'll be filing a small claims suit.

TNT Carports, Barns.com, and carports.com are all the same company and are affiliated with Coast to coast carports... all have F ratings with the BBB.In late 2022 I entered into an agreement with TNT Carports, Inc to purchase/install a shed. A downpayment was made at that time. In mid May of 2023 the foundation was poured. There were some delays due to wet soil conditions. At the end of May 2023 I contacted Coast to Coast carports to let them know we were ready for installation. I do not know Coast to Coast's affiliation with TNT but believe they were contracted as a third party to complete the installation. I have been contacting Coast to Coast over the last 6 months requesting the installation. I have not been given any dates and have requested at least an estimate for completion and have not received a responses. My communications through email and phone calls are going unanswered.

Ordered a residence from carport central and unknowingly they use coast to coast carports for there engineer drawings. The drawings we received were stamped for a shed/garage and would not pass our local building department for many reasons. We asked for a refund on our $4500 we payed for the set of plans they provided since they wouldn't pass and weren't what we asked for. We were told Jan would be issuing us a refund. Now they are saying they will not. Next course of action is small claims court. Be aware of this company

My sales representative could not keep the paperwork straight. I was lied to about material lead times. Ultimately I had to pay a contractor to oversee the project because it took too much time to stay on top the poor customer service and lack of attention to the job. When I went to pay, they claimed that the credit card machine was broken and I had to use a check. They took the remaining funds out of my checking account without a phone call, knowing I wanted to use a credit card. No authorization from me the account holder. When I spoke to "the manager" she said I'm sorry you feel that way and did nothing. The "manager" also refused to let me speak to her manager. The response from management was that I got my building so they are done. Run away, quickly.

The quality is very low on the product, and the customer service is worse. We had part of the roof rip off less than a year after it was installed. I have been trying to get it repaired under the warranty for 4 months. I am about to threaten legal action to get their attention.

Horrible customer service. I needed a carport for my RV. I compared a few companies and only picked Coast to Coast because Keegan Hull, their salesman, said they could deliver a standard size RV carport in 1 to 2 weeks. After two weeks I contacted them and was told it was at the scheduler and I should get a call any day to schedule installation. Its now been two months and I still have no idea when I might see a carport. If I had a way of getting my deposit back I would run very fast from this company and find a reputable company to do business with.

They put the wrong color on my carport. And after two months are saying maybe I can purchase another one. The color on the pamphlet is not what I received. I'm still working on . I have to go to court. Stay away from coast to coast.

Terrible unprofessional company. Made a deposit in April with a promise to have the building installed in September/October. It took 3 months before I got a call and was told it will take another 3 months for plans, which is BS. No manager to talk to only low level supervisors and no one gives a hoot. We are now pushed out to next spring the way this looks. This is the worst company I have ever worked with and we own 3 businesses and understand how take care of our clients which is something they do not care about. Thinking of getting an attorney to get my money back! Stay as far away from this company that goes for any of the distributers like American Freedom Buildings

Don't buy from this company. I made my order over the phone, they took my $1275.00 deposit and could not deliver. 5 weeks later I got a call asking if I would accept a different color, I told them no as I want it to match my home. I asked when they might get my color and was told they have no idea. I then explained I cant wait around all summer for a call 3 days ahead of time for install, this would be unacceptable. I then asked to cancel my order and was told I would lose my deposit. I disputed the charge with my credit card and lost the dispute as the credit card company was told I was offered the product or received the product. Obviously the Coast to Coast lied to my credit card company. I also spoke with Coast to Coast customer service and got no help. Next call is to the BBB and attorney general. I am out $1275.00!!!!DONOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

After all our triubles now that winter comes this year we get almost as much snow inside as out at top center of roof as there is large gap and tiny flashing on top of roof gable and open gap where roof panels meet together. More crappy work than i can review and now i have to get a roofing company to come seal that so i can use inside of building.
