The facility offer free classes and utilization of the workout equipment. This is a great asset to our community. Please come and experience the facility, you will not be disappointed. The instructors are knowledgeable and amazing!

Coming from the city to a small town, I didn't think I would be able to find a fitness center with knowledgeable staff and trainers. Imagine my surprise to learn there was one in my own backyard. The staff knows their stuff and a very friendly. Glad we have this resource available.

Our community is very fortunate to have a facility of this class available to us! Workout classes are structured and guided, classes for all levels of exercise! Top notch instructors! Clean neat facility. And its FREE! Cant get any better than that!
