“A man of integrity is hard to find these days, but he is one.
I took my 2017 HD Street Glide in for the 40,000 mile maintenance, and since brake fluid is a standard replacement at that time, he could have easily charged me for it and got extra money, but was honest about it not needing it..
This was one of the more extensive maintenance cycles, yet he wrapped it up quickly with reasonable rates, especially compared to dealerships.
I'm thrilled to find a mechanic I can trust for my machine that keeps my head right. Experienced riders will understand what a big deal that is.”
“These guys are the real deal. After $900 at a dealership in Mt. Home and 3 trips and $250 at a Conway dealership, Whit and 870 quickly diagnosed a coolant leak the others couldn’t get right. “I purchased a new 2024 Ford Ranger at the Ultimate Dealership. This vehicle was ordered with a 2.7L V6 engine. After a few months service and less than 5,000 miles, the engine developed an oil leak which was trace to the head gasket. The Ultimate Service department communicated effectively with me and Ford Corporate. A decision was made to replace the engine, which was installed at the Ultimate dealership. The new engine runs well, and I am very satisfied with the service, the level of communication, and the overall experience.”
