“So the mail service is great but we have issues with deceased people at our apartment complex and USPS won't listen when we write deceased and return to sender on the envelope we end up getting it back anyways and many residents have reported to the USPS of this issue and USPS still keeps bringing mail for dead people to our mailboxes, it causes frustration for us because our mailboxes are being filled up with mail not belonging to us over and over and no one cares to listen to us it seems. This is the only complaint and issue there is with our mail here, and we can't bring proof of death to USPS because that person who passed isn't here anymore and we don't know their families. USPS should cut off mail sending after 2 years of returned mail and writing deceased on it. 2 years of this with no fix y'all should be able Todo this or help out the residents here we are all disabled or elderly and can't give USPS what they need to stop the mail there should be plans into place for this type of issue (mail harassment) it feels like if that even was a Legit thing. Making residents have to take a deceased person's mail back up to the post office and complain because if we drop it into the drop box here it's useless with no help or actions are done. You cause people to have to waste their time to complain and try to prove a point over this issue and still no results. After 2 and half years of this it feels like we residents r being harassed by the mail service because they don't care to listen. THE PERSON IS DEAD, TO ME ITS DISRESPECTFUL TO BE MAKING US RESIDENTS DEAL WITH IT WHEN ITS USPS JOB, YALL HAVE CONTACT INFO ON FILE WHY CANT YALL CALL THE FAMILIES OR SEND LETTERS TO THEM ASKING FOR PROOF OF DEATH, YOUR VERY CAPABLE OF SENDING LETTERS TO THE WHOLE TOWN WHEN SOME UPDATE OCCURRS OR HOLIDAY STUFF ON A SINGLE PIECE OF MAIL BUT YOU CANT SEND A PROOF OF DEATH LETTER REQUEST TO THE FAMILIES OF THESE DECEASED PEOPLE YOU KEEP SENDING US MAIL FOR SOMEONE WE DONT EVEN KNOW. please make that make sense! Freedom of speech just my opinion and thoughts on the issue and you want to know what also doesn't make sense is that we get junk mail for deceased people people no longer on this Earth Google says you're allowed to throw away mail for a deceased person, but if we throw it away it's considered tampering with someone else's mail so how does that make sense, the person is dead what do you want us to do just pile the mail up and keep it because the companies want to just keep resending it back. This is what I mean USPS should have a plan into place for this situation so residents aren't getting in trouble for throwing away junk mail for a dead person or oh we won't get screamed at by the mail person at the post office for bringing it up because it's considered tampering it's a damned if you do and damned if you don't situation so make it make sense USPS please I mean common Sense there's obituaries on these people, obituaries that should be enough proof for y'all to stop sending mail for these deceased people”

“This is one of the friendliest post offices I've been in! There is never a line and very little wait. All questions get answers fully and you never feel rushed !!!”
“It is the day before Christmas Eve, my package showed delivered but wasn’t in my mailbox or on my porch. I called the 800 number and filed a report, within about 20 minutes I got a call, probably 15 minutes after the call the mailman delivered my package! I am shocked to say the least. I figured it would take a week to track it down, great service!”
