Front desk lady was extremely rude to me. She talked over me when I was politely trying to explain that my package was being held there. Her tone was disrespectful and she said the package was not there. Later I found out it was there the whole time.

One of the people who works there is extremely unpleasant, for no reason. (I'm talking "here to buy stamps and that's it" no reason) They are curt, cold, and rude.

They are fine as long as you aren't expecting a package and live outside of town. Then it's a hassle. I have called and given them instructions as to where to leave a package, and they still don't do it. They won't come to the house and deliver it. They won't leave it where you aked. They just put a pink slip in your mailbox. Either they are incompetent, or they do not care about us and it shows. Hate having to deal with them.

Would be great if our mail came around about the same time everyday but nope!!!! Post man couldn't even bring a letter to the door that had to be signed just put in straight in the mailbox claiming he was afraid of my dog but never even pulled in my driveway and honked!
