I got the Quiet Kat Ranger 7.5. Purchased at Bass Pro.The first real ride out in the woods with this bike, a small limb got caught in the derailer and trashed it. I was unable to pedal the bike at this point and was a mile from the truck. These bikes are extremely heavy. You are not going to carry it. Fortunately, I was able to get the chain off and motor back to the truck.I was disappointed but thankful that I had the Gear Guard Extended Warranty that Bass Pro recommended and sold for $449.99. When I called to see how that would work, I was told that Gear Guard did not cover bikes. I remind you they recommended and sold a warranty for $449.99 to cover the bike but the warranty doesn't cover bikes. I will never buy a Gear Guard Warranty from Bass Pro if they don't make this right which it doesn't seem like is going to happen.So, I called, Quiet Kat. They said oh, not to worry, you can still get the Extend Warranty from us, and we will get your bike fixed. After weeks of emailing back and forth with Quiet Kat I am now being told that I can't have the warranty from Extend if it was bought at a 3rd party dealer like Bass Pro. Therefore, I cannot recommend that anyone buy a Quiet Kat product. Their customer service is lacking. They will promise you the world and then string you along for weeks before telling you nothing can be done.If Quiet Kat or Bass Pro is willing to own up to the mistake and make this right, I will amend the review. I just want the bike fixed and the 3-year warranty honored. How can a company sell a warranty for $450 and then not honor it. If the review is still up, well you know Bass Pro and Quiet Kat customer service sucks. Buyer beware.

Everything was pretty spendy. Very good quality. ? And I was able to find a really warm coat, with a removable liner (which can be worn separately). And it also had a removable hat. Service was not the best.

Disappointed that I waited in line with my grandkids for Santa and they waited until we got to front of line to tell us he wasn't there. They should have had signs or a back up for Santa. Especially for those who scheduled an appt. Otherwise was ok.
