I didn't read the reviews at first I just went for the 24 / 7 access and the first 3 month discount. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR PUT THINGS YOU MIGHT NEED EVENTUALLY IN THIS STORAGE FACILITY! In the past 3 months I have went around 25 times and only have gotten inside maybe 6! The gate RARELY WORKS! Save your time, gas, patience and money!

I have had a storage with these people for around a year and they have now raised the rent twice on me with barely a 30-day notice. I have had a storage unit with Spring Hill storage for 3 years and they have never raised the rent once and they offer a moving truck. JUST KEEP LOOKING

Obviously the gate not working is a steady issue with this place.I have made 6 trips to attempt to get into my fathers space only being successful 2 of those times.Can’t seem to reach anyone to fix this issue when I’m there actively trying to get in.It also states that their facility has 24/7 access which is also incorrect.Their access hours are 6am - 9pm (that is you are lucky enough to get the gate to work)

After talking to holly and her giving me access for 24 hours and for me to have a uhaul and everything and my gate code didn’t work. There was no emergency number for us to call someone. Do not go here please .

Sitting in the rain with a trailer load of furniture on Saturday, and then having to drive it back home and leave it all covered up sitting in the rain bc the gate was not working and no one would answer the phone or call back. Very frustrating. I understand that these things happen and it's just part of life , my rating is based on the fact that I couldn't get help or a returned phone call.

Needed a small storage area to keep some thing I was cleaning out of my place. When I arrived there was a note on the door to call and someone would meet me there. Waiting about 10 minutes. The lady who helped me was very friendly and I was able to to an area right inside the gate. Prices were comparable to other storage rentals I had checked on. You get your own gate code so you can come and go whenever you like.

Bought a storage unit at auction and was only here long enough to clean it out. It can be very difficult to reach the onsite manager though.
