I don’t like that they could not help me at all when I lost my AirPods 2nd generation, hey I’m new to iPhone I use to be all about the android! Plus retail stores suck. I can go on, another complaint, I bought my wife an iPhone and they mentioned that it would not be ready for delivery at my house for about a week but then the iPhone arrived on Monday. We have cameras and it looked like an employee delivered it. Al because it was a developer iPhone not IOS iPhone. I will not purchase anything else!! Very unsatisfied with the retail store.
