Atwoods is a store with a friendly and helpful staff, including workers who assist customers in finding everything they need. Employees are described as happy and willing to help, with specific mentions of helpful service. The store itself is loved by customers, is clean, well-organized, and has a good selection of items like basic fasteners, hardware, dog food, and pet supplies. It is noted for having more selection than some other locations. The store is also easy for parking and is handicap accessible, allowing for an easy in-and-out experience.
However, some customers report issues with shopping carts that are in poor condition and produce a high-pitched squeal. There have also been instances of pricing errors at checkout, where signs displayed a different price than the register, leading to overcharges. In these situations, the resolution process could be slow, and some customers felt the staff at the register was not very helpful or apologetic for the inconvenience.
They have just about anything your looking for the service isnt the best but the store it's self makes up for it. There prices are a little on the high side but it's a good place to go
