My overall experience has been great with First State Bank, the tellers are always very helpful and do whatever they can to accommodate you. My only criticism is the lack of locations. I don't come out to this area much anymore, so it can be pretty inconvenient when I need to physically come to the bank. But many things can be done via the app. I do wish there was a little more compatibility with other institutions such as PayPal and Cashapp. Also, at the Lonoke location in particular, the Google info says there is a drive-thru, but there isn't one that I can find. I also tried to go to the Lonoke location on a Saturday to use the ATM, but couldn't find one outside. If there isn't one, I think they need an ATM outside for people who may not be able to make it to the bank during business hours. One thing I can say is the Lonoke branch is beautiful on the inside.
