I needed an new battery ASAP and it was coming a thunderstorm. The guys were so nice and accommodating! They had me drive over to the car wash next door so we would be out of the rain and changed my battery. Amazing customer service! A true friend of single moms!!

I was driving through the city and car broke down. This was the closest auto parts store. Ethan saw me 4 times within 30 minutes to get some hardware and loaner tools. He was so helpful and patient with me!
