It said my package was out for delivery two days in a row. Both days it said they never attempted to deliver the package. I called FedEx twice to see what was going on with absolutely no help. I was told someone would call me back (no call back of course). I was told by fedex that I should reach out to the company that sent the box to ask them what is going on. It is FedEx’s fault not Asics! I asked if I could just pick the package up and I was told that wouldn’t be an option. So, here I go waiting again today to see if it actually arrives.

My package got delayed twice, and they blamed it on the weather. Granted the weather is perfectly fine, the sun is shining, and the roads are clear. I don’t know if the driver is running out of time and marking his packages undeliverable so he can get off earlier or what but this is ridiculous.

Driver Zachary gave 0 effort to properly deliver my package. Threw my package at a random doorstep no where near my building! I had to run around for 20 minutes trying to find my package. This is not something new with fedex, past three shipments from them end in a wild goose chase.
Thanks for absolutely nothing Zachary. #defundfedex

I was supposed to receive my package Friday. On a beautiful sunny day it was 15 miles from me. Then they said it would not be delivered until the next day because of a "weather delay". Meanwhile now it's not saying it will be delivered until tomorrow, the tuesday after. Fedex is a terrible company and this location always lies and delays packages because the driver is lazy and doesn't want to come out my way.

The reviews are pretty telling... Maybe someone should pay attention and correct the issue this location has. I have a weekly delivery, and unfortunately, the company uses FedEx. So far for January 2024, it has been late every week. We're at 16 days late across the 4 deliveries for this month, with the 4th package looking like it's not going to be delivered at all. The packages are on time until they get to the Lowell, AR FedEx. We get a lot of "delivery exceptions" like "weather delays." Okay, on snowy or icy days, absolutely - don't risk delivering. But with the exception of a couple of days earlier in the month, the weather has been completely fine, and the "weather delay" is a poor excuse for failing to deliver packages.

AWFUL service from weekly driver. The driver is lazy or incompetent. The weekend driver always delivers our packages. The weekday driver adds exceptions to the delivery (business closed, nobody available to sign, nobody home to accept package, etc.) at a residential address. Packages are at least a week late or spoiled when they arrive. Do better FedEx. Thank you weekend driver for picking up the slack. Well…update, still no delivery from FedEx today…and it’s a weekend. Every single item delivered by FedEx in Lowell, AR in the last 3 weeks has been late or never shows up. Really frustrating. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Driver for my address is the most incompetent "delivery" driver I have ever dealt with. Will constantly use the excuse that the recipient was not home for delivery (not a signed or restricted package) or the business was closed at time of delivery (house address, not business). This is inconvenient at best but rather annoying and expensive when food items are being delivered. This is a weekly concern and it's up to the weekend driver to deliver the late packages.

I ordered a barkbox subscription and I was supposed to get my first package today. It says it was delivered but I’ve been here ALL DAY and nothing has been delivered. I looked in the mailbox even though it most definitely won’t fit. And the “proof of delivery” doesn’t even have an address on it. HOW IS THAT PROOF. If I don’t receive my package I will be going to corporate. It’s a $40 monthly subscription just for it not to be delivered.
