They don’t ever try to deliver Priority overnight service. Even though I pay for Priority, it’s always delivered between 4pm and 6pm. It’s not even an interest to them to meet their service delivery objectives.

A dealership in Kansas City shipped the final purchase documents for our 2025 Toyota Tacoma via FedEx Priority Express, with guaranteed delivery by noon the following day. The goal was to ensure we could sign and return the documents the same day via FedEx Priority Express to meet our vehicle delivery deadline.
At 11:56 AM, I received an email notification from FedEx stating that the package had been delivered, complete with a confirmation photo. However, this confirmation was false:
No package was received at that time.
The photo allegedly confirming delivery did not depict our property, package, or any recognizable delivery location.
My husband was outside waiting for the delivery the entire time—no FedEx vehicle or personnel arrived.
This misrepresentation prompted me to immediately call the FedEx Alert Line, where I filed a complaint and received a ticket number (details available upon request). I also contacted the dealership (shipper), who in turn reached out to FedEx to escalate the issue.
After considerable confusion and concern, the package finally arrived at 5:40 PM, over 5 hours late, in damaged condition—appearing as though it had been roughly handled or potentially compromised. Due to this delay, we missed the deadline to return the signed documents, resulting in a 5-day delivery delay of the vehicle. Fast forward to today, a week later, the same dealership overnights the finalized paper, temporary license, and additional key to the vehicle that was eventually delivered. Once again they sent it priority overnight, I had an update that it would arrive before noon then another one by 1:40 PM and then another that it would arrive by the end of the day and it never came. Here we are the next day and the package has yet to be delivered.
This situation is unacceptable. It raises serious concerns about:
The accuracy and honesty of FedEx's delivery confirmations,
The integrity of your Priority Express service,
And the reliability of customer protections when errors—intentional or not—occur.

3 packages that have been sent to the complete wrong address - 5 miles away from my actual house - in which I found out randomly by a friend happening to know the person who received it. This last one they even relabeled and changed my address. When I pulled the relabel off the correct address (my address) was below and they felt the need to change it. Unreal! Can’t even reach them directly. Have to go through customer service and then they have to contact the manager who hopefully talks to the driver.

Marsha is particularly unpleasant to deal with. Cackled when I expressed frustration over multiple package issues in a single week. The Star Rating of 2 is incredibly unsurprising.

Oh fedex has completely lost it! Worst shipping company ever! everyone needs to be fired and they need a new team of people that can read and actually want to work! 3 weeks ago my package got delivered to the wrong place which lead to it being stolen! I was told to contact the people I purchased it from but the item is NOW SOLD OUT! Today I get some barstools delivered they delivered it to the wrong apartment I have to go search high and low in the heat to find my stuff in apartment K when It should’ve been delivered to P?? how do you mix that up ? I had to carry it all the way to my apartment in the heat! I am so infuriated and I hope they get shut down. I want every one who works here to lose their jobs because you should’ve be getting paid to be lazy and incompetent

After the 5th time in as much as 5 months a third party delivery driver out of this facility, dropped my package off in the forest / weeds at the side of our natural rock drive. I’ve opened another ticket but am becoming disillusioned with FEDEX’s ability to get their 3rd party drivers under control. UPS never has an issue coming up our hill! Each of these individuals LIES about there being a gate or drop off area. Why not call and have me come down if you don’t have a vehicle that can deliver my packages?? SO FRUSTRATED!! The only other option I’m gonna have is to call Walmart, the company using your service and complain to them. Maybe they can get you guys to deliver packages appropriately??. This time however it was Goodwill Online. DUMP your 3rd party drivers OR make them do their jobs!!

Got a notification that my package was attempted to be delivered and the photo of the alleged attempt of delivery wasn’t even my house. I wasted half my day waiting for a package that required a signature. And there’s also no way to reach out to the local branch to inform them of this.

One arrogant pric fedex driver yelled at a young kid and his mother while in traffic. They scream at pedestrians all of the time. Worse behavior and totally unprofessional.

They keep telling me package out for delivery and now has been 5 days. Last excuse was bad weather. It’s light rain! Bad service with this company, wish this was shipped UPS.

To say “customer is unavailable” when you NEVER came by my house. I’m freaking home! I despise FedEx. -5 out of 5. I have ZERO good to say about this crap company and its poorly trained employees who are paid next to nothing so they couldn’t care less about doing a good job and the end consumer suffers for it. What a freaking joke.

This FedEx location sucks so much. 4th day delivery today (should just be 3 and they send it back to sender). They were going to deliver before noon today, my girlfriend was home waiting for it (for the 4th day in a row!), then it says to be delivered in the evening.. she leaves but has put up a note on the door with her signature as FedEx tells us to do, 10 mins after she's left they have taken down her note and put up a missed delivery note. We have pictures of her putting up the notes of her signature. In the new missed delivery photo on the tracking site, her notes are gone, new FedEx note up AND you can see that they have parked a grey sedan in our driveway - NOT a FedEx truck! I have called Acer 6 times over the past days, I have esaleted this problem and they have told FedEx to just send back the package back to them and that we will not accept the package anymore. It says on the tracking they will try again tomorrow, a 5th time!?
Update: They never even dropped by with a new note, just used the same pictures as before, the signature note we put up was still there when she arrived! Acer managed to get the laptop back to their warehouse and I got a refund in the end. I won't order from any site using FedEx as a shipping method.

I would put zero stars if I could. FedEx has constantly acted like they've tried to deliver our packages yet never left door tags or even attempted. They post blank pictures of their attempts. I can't get ahold of a real person for anything to try to get my package. Worst delivery service ever.

Absolutely terrible. Paid for a package next day air. Shipped 05-05-2025 supposed to be guaranteed 5-5-2025 by 5 pm, no surprise didn't show up. Then they said by 8 pm and still never showed up. Then they say call back 5-6-2025 we might have a update.

Something unethical is happening at this location. Based on other reviews one starts to question where their packages are. We have been waiting since Saturday for a delivery. FedEx ground drove right by our house. For 5 days - the update says out for delivery. Everyday Fedex does a bogus update WAYFAIR will not do anything. Wayfair says its a Fedex issue, Fedex just keeps saying its out for delivery. Endless circle of lies. Our drivers in the past have been wonderful - but I think you have something very questionable going on at this location.
