I have received many FedEx deliveries over the past years but this time they can't deliver to a mailbox. The mailbox is at the end of my driveway and my home is at the other end of my driveway. Why can't you deliver my package?

The people in America that work for them are nice and helpful. The call center in Pakistan is another story. The tracking system needs to be tweaked so its accurate and updated. Tired of wasting time waiting for packages that must be signed for that don't show up when text/email notices say it will be there in a few hours! FEDEX needs to do better!

Tracking # 724118107167Jan 14 ordered package. Arrived at my local FedExJan 17,2024. Everyday since then tracking number says on way. I get home NO package because of weather delay. We have no weather delay for two weeks. My husband went to local FedEx and was told on truck, still No package. I call Customer Service and they could not tell me anythingSad!!!!

One of the contractors convinced me to QUIT my Amazon delivery job with PROMISES that my new route would be up to 45 stops a day (which for the route was an all day job, as I was delivering rural for Boone & Faulkner Enterprises). I started for Christmas season, and she assured me, if I can make it through peak, I could make it through anything. After peak season ended, my stops more than doubled. I also lost my home because I had not even worked at Amazon long enough to get my life going, so I was homeless. I was fine with the route number doubling, as I loved my route and the community I was an integral part of, so long as they understood the time factor. The bidville route. Obviously with the route number doubling, it took me longer to do the route. Averaging 10$ an hour, I still loved the job & got it done every day. I forgot his name, but he’s a manager now, Not James or the guy that trained me, but a guy that used to work loading trucks decided to start bullying me..literally making fun of me with the other drivers. I was homeless man, harassment should not be tolerated. I have not had a steady job since, nor have I been able to get out of a homeless situation. Boone & Faulkner literally ruined my life. Thanks for the support. I’m sure the bully is running the place now.

For 3 days now it has stated that my package is out for delivery. And at the end of the day it says package is delayed. I would rather not be updated like this thinking my package will arrive and then it gets delayed over and over again. Whatever is going on I don't feel like this is very professional.

FedEx is pathetic. Either the driver for our area doesn't know how to read GPS or can't read a damn street sign! He continuously delivers our packages to the same wrong address that's not even in our subdivision. We've attempted to call their 800 customer service but that's nothing more than some international call center they promise results and never deliver so their customer service is useless. UPS, USPS, Amazon, Walmart, and DHL have no problem delivering here but FedEx couldn't deliver a package if it was across the street! They've lost 5 packages now by delivering to the wrong address and carried another on their truck for 3 days before I finally ran the the driver down and got it from him. I'm so sick of FedEx to the point that we stopped shopping with retailers that use FedEX. Everything about them is just pure garbage from delivery to customer Service. Avoid!

My truck is broke down so I ordered the part to fix it and payed extra for fast delivery. The part arrived at my local Fedex location on 1/15 which was perfect. Delivery was delayed and I was told it's because the tag was damaged in transit. I said I can just come pick it up and I was told they would call when they find the part. I've never received a call. I have literally begged everyone I have been able to speak to. It is now 1/21 and I have been terminated from my job because I can't get to work. Please help me

Bought an laptop from Best Buy, was 30 minutes from me at a fedex. Was out for delivery on 11/10/2023, never showed. Operational delay, next day 11/11/2023, out for delivery. Then notified operational delay. Called to have it set for me to pick up. Said they couldn't do that! They told me they called the Lowell terminal and it would be delivered Sunday. 11/12/2023 never delivered. Monday 11/13/2023 I called again and they talked to the terminal and it was on its way to my house. Never came. So I now will attempting a pick up on 11/14/2023. It's now been escalated twice and nothing. 11 /14/2023 I carried fedex to verify I could pick up the item. They told me it was on the delivery truck when they was supposed to get the item. But 2pm I financed received my item. Strongly don't recommend. I hate the fact that I can't pick who delivers my package. Fedex is terrible and I don't understand how they are even in business.

Notified of shipment out for delivery no show .Notified of shipment out for delivery the next day. No show.Notified that the shipment will not be delivered for three more days.I called my shipment has never been loaded on a delivery truck, just false notification’s.How does this company brag about how great they are, I’m not a happy customer at all.

This is the worst FedEx company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Every single package I get they mark as "On truck for delivery... Delivery not attempted" I've had packages sit on their trucks for 9 days or more without delivery, absolutely trash company I am so sick of FedEx. I've called corporate to complain about them and if you're reading this and have had the same displeasure, you should too. Trash!!!

I've had packages arrive at the lowell terminal and wait 8 additional days from that point on for attempted delivery... seeing a daily update of "operational delay, no attempt made"There's no predictability for if/when packages will arrive out of this hub, and no accountability.

Did not deliver package on time, stated package had incorrect address which was not true. I can bet the person delivering it just didn’t want to come all the way out to Huntsville.After contacting customer service 3x they made it where we could go to the location to pick it up because it was a costume I needed that day. But it was very inconvenient to drive over 2 hours round trip to get it.

This place is ran by contractors who don’t care about customers nor getting packages delivered in timely manner. Seems like they found a little trick in the system to keep delaying delivering your packages when they arrive in Lowell. While this place is clearly running itself into the ground, FedEx express shipped me an overnight package from the other side of the world. Lesson be learned FedEx…get rid of your contractor model and do your own deliveries….
