I would have preferred to give them 0 start. I am a carrier who just finished moving a load from them, I ended up 4 days with their load in my truck under the snow, with no extra fees like agreed on. JB Hunt representative agreed on paying Layover for 3 days and he will send new Rate con after delivery. I made delivery and they did not pay what they agreed. Their customer cancel all deliveries till snow pass but they cancel same day I was supposed to make delivery, which was Friday and I picked up load on a Thursday. When I arrived to receiver early AM, they said no we canceled all deliveries today. How is this my fault? This is just unprofessional, unethical, ridiculous, lack of everything and please don't reply back saying to call, I already did with no solution, still not getting pay my layover.

Was a driver over 28 years it’s a good company to drive for they always payed what they promised not one paycheck was ever late,I enjoy my time there the equipment was as good as the driver kept it.some shops were questionable.only worked 3 weekends because I volunteer to do so was DCS all but maybe 4 months.If a contract ended they help find you another one to work for you.some of their programs only benefit some not all as they should.

I was looking for the no star, none available so I had to accept the 1 star. Do NOT waste your time applying to the Lowell, AR location! There is a click of people there that are the only ones that get to stay, all the rest are called when their "assignments ends." I started there through a temp service. I am almost finished with my Bachelor's Degree and I was so excited, thinking I possibly had found my home till......I trained, was working, doing an amazing job, and a few chicks kept sending me messages through teams and posting remarks about me. I endured harassment to the extreme! If you are not lesbian, white, a drama queen, and love to talk about others and spread rumors then you will NOT last here. One of the ones bothering me attacked till I finally asked her why she kept being on my back. She waited till the other manager came in (a nosey lady that wasn't even our manager/ head of the click) and told her. I was not questioned or asked what had been happening. No one cared!!! I got let go before I even went in on that Monday. My manager is always too busy watching videos of other females dancing and in bathing suits to even care about her team. The customer service dept needs a clean out! The revolving door needs to be stopped! You need EDUCATED LEADERS & MANAGEMENT to make a change in that place. I was doing an amazing job, minded my own business, took on extra work, and completed tasks that were given to me as fast as I could. YET that was not good for their little click. Now this company is reaching out looking for candidates to work for them. I wish I could tell all the soon-to-be graduates to run and never look back when it comes to JB Hunt!

I own small business and I was using JB hunt 360 online platform. They saying one price and after delivery you will receive additional charges. They are start saying as weight was incorrect (I have scale at my warehouse and checking each pallet before ship out) I sell my products by the LB and there is no reason to ship more then I sold. They will say you have detention on your load even if you have proof with scale ticket from receiver for unloading in less than 1 hour.
