Been with Allstate since we moved here in 2012. The people are always friendly and helpful. Gets what I need done, handled most times that day. When we had a hit and run, they helped use with everything. Even have my renters insurance with them.

He does not care about customer service. We have been with him almost 4 years. Our rates have continued to go up. Today he told my husband to stop calling and take our business elsewhere when he called to discuss our concerns. We have had zero claims and both have clean driving records. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. You should not go here if you are looking for a caring insurance agent.

Amanda helped me 9-29-2023 when I called with questions about my auto policy. She had answers to my questions and provided great info. Amanda provided EXCELLENT customer service, and immediately followed up our conversation with an email and the necessary doc.

Best customer service in NWAR! Amanda is so patient, kind and helpful with me and my many questions. The rates are fair and consistent with the market for the area. Having an online app is great as well with information at the touch of a button. But the one on one time spent and attention to detail provided are both rarely found at an insurance firm. I appreciate Allstate!

If I can give zero stars, I would.Stay away from Jeff Cook’s agency. My agent used to be Denver Little and I loved that staff. I was an AllState client since 1999, but I was moved to Jeff Cook because Little decided to open his own agency. Within months of being moved to Cook’s agency my rates doubled (I added a new car, but that was no reason for a double of increased in prices), with that, I decided to cancel my policy with AllState and move my business to State Farm, where I have coverage for same cars, same coverage, and half the price, and customer service is better. AllState decided to withdraw the new monthly payment, even though I canceled this policy 28 days ago! Remember, my policy charges went up, so when they took this amount, they left my bank account negative, I contacted them immediately just to find out the agent who was suppose to cancel my policy forgot to do so and therefor resulted on the charge. I showed emails where I requested for policy to be canceled, and I know they got my request because I received paperwork to sign, which I signed and sent back and also when I login to my AllState account I don’t see any thing about my car policy, just my house, so I KNOW they got my request. The agent emailed me saying she accidently deleted my email, blah,blah… the point here is that AllState it is NOT going to pay for my fees charged by my bank for overdrafting the account. The money was deducted quick, but I have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back? All because of the mistake by one agent, the customer has to pay.

Allstate insurance is not worth having. They work in bad faith and automatically deny every claim or make it impossible to do anything. After years of paying insurance premiums, they will automatically deny any responsibility. They are cheap and impossible to work with. Shame on Allstate for not protecting homeowners and keeping their promises while constantly raising their rates. No point in having their insurance. Every other insurance is helping their customers after major storms, but Allstate just keeps denying everyone. Thank you for nothing. Jeff Cook and his agency are of absolutely no help...except when they want to sell you something.

Nothing wrong with the policy I was actually happy with the quote I was given. It would benefit me to get on my mother's policy instead.

When we switch over to the Jeff Cook agency' his employees made it very clear and easy for us. They even handle the payments for us and will notify us when and what will be paid. I'm glad I made the change for the better price.
