“Todd was extremely helpful. I ran into several issues not even related to his job description and he did not hesitate to make sure I was taken care of. At one point I had an issue getting access to my business license I started a few years ago. I never had to get up from my desk and Todd emailed the county and had confirmation with in minutes with out me having to lift a finger. Todd also stepped up when the sellers side of my buying process did not know what to do to get an issue fixed, So I advised him to ask Todd what to do and he did.
