If you like the peace of mind that the manufacturer dealership gets you, I understand as that was me. But we all know you'll get charged more usually so when I saw these guys pop up in my search they had great reviews already so I tried them out. Better than I expected. Dealerships obviously have their standards but these guys treat your car like it's theirs. They do a thorough job. Originally had an axle & seal issue/replacement but after taking it apart to closely inspect & perform everything, they saw an existing part was still perfectly fine so they only charged the necessary replacement part. So this lowered the initial quote. I'm confident a dealership wouldn't have spoken up to save customers that extra expense. These guys prioritize customer service over taking your money is what I got from it. I'm sold on these guys so I hope this gives some insight on what you should expect.”

“Danny with Arky Towing came to my house in Rogers to tow my car after Adventure Suburu in Fayetteville recommended them and I called them for help. My Suburu manual stated if key would not turn over might be electrical. Danny put key in and wrenched the steering wheel and car started. He then had me get into my car and do the same. Car started. He said car was fine and battery was fine and I did not need to be towed. He would not accept payment for this. I was so impressed with his honesty and kindness. I would highly recommend Arky Towing to everyone.”

“Hit a deer 1 month ago. Was devasted and thought it'd be totaled due to how the damage inside and out was.
The estimator, Ismar helped me through the process and told me it would be a 50/50 totalled or not totalled.
To my surprise, it barely was close to being totalled. Ismar and his team got everything in order and fixed her back up! Looking amazing!
Thank you to Ismar, the receptionist who is very nice, and the labor team that did such an amazing work. As much as I hate car accidents, I'll be coming back here again, hopefully not soon though.
This was the second time I have been to Lewis collision and they have always done amazing work!

“We had the BEST customer service with this uhaul location. We got a flat tire on our trailer rental and were stuck downtown. After all the 800 number and getting no help I called this location as it was close. Lenny was amazing. He came out to help change the tire on our trailer, as well since the other tire was in bad shape he had a co-worker bring a tire out to fix that. Cannot recommend this location enough.”
“Rear differential went out on our whip, had to get it towed to the dealer. Martin was dispatched to assist. From the start he was very communicative, keep us updated on his speedy ETA. Once Martin showed, he was a blast. Kept it fun, light, quick, and relatable. Quickly took pictures, notes, and had an enjoyable chat of the situation. He loaded it up and had it dropped off at the dealer in a few minutes. “Tommy wisely questioned my decision to fix an older vehicle with 200k+ miles on it. I told him that I was given a verbal estimate over the phone from a competitor and that it was too high so if his estimate was close to that, I would just end up salvaging the vehicle. This did not detour Tommy - he took lots of pictures and entered everything into his quotation software. After printing out the quote and giving it to me (higher than I expected) he gave me a name of a good salvage company. Collision Connection didn't even charge for the estimate. I'm sure that had I gone through with it - they would've taken care of me. I figure - if they go through great detail on the small things, they'll do the same with the big things!”
