They came by and just jumpstarted my vehicle ( I tipped extra just to have the vehicle put on the trailer) saw I wasn’t there, and had the audacity to use my debit card which is at their location. I tip well but you will not lie and steal when I’m being good towards. No good thieves please do not shop and more important, make sure you keep everything away from them.

The prices are misleading, if it’s $50 tow then why am I getting charged for way more thn $50 , false advertising! Don’t believe the hype!

The name is false advertising because they are not $50 tow, they're $75, but they continue to advertise 50 dollars. And they did not have the right tow truck for my vehicle so I was not able to get my vehicle towed. I had to continue to stand out in the ice and cold waiting on another company.

Called for a tow and was told they couldn't help me. Booked solid and it was only 12pm. Not even a "Would you like to do it tomorrow?". I will always go elsewhere.

Tow truck driver was extremely rude and he cursed me out due to me calling to confirm the price they changed to 101.92 and when I said the lady on the phone told me different price they didn’t wanna do service it got out of hand I would recommend them after raising price and the rudeness

50 dollar tow has got my business for life. Dispatcher was one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with and the tow operators were just as nice. Prices are unbeatable! It may take a while for them to get to you, but the customer service and price are well worth the wait.

Zero stars isn't an option. They never responded to email or messages. So I rented a U-Haul tow dolly and took care of it myself.
