Just got off the phone with a rude customer service lady and didn’t even try to help

I have bought several items thru them in fact, would like to continue. But to have them call me twice in one day to tell me about my payment up coming , is ridiculous. The last call was at 7 45pm. i am truly irritated that not only did they interput my work day they ,interput my family time.
