“This man was very helpful to me even though I was sent to the wrong place. I ran over a cement peice that I just didn't see and was afraid that I had damaged my undercarriage. I was sent here by mistake and even so, and even though he is a body shop and doesn't have a lift the owner came out and got on the ground and took the time to look all around my car. I could tell that he really cared about what he was looking at. He said, " I look at everything as if my grandchildren were going to be riding in it". What a great guy. Thank you. If I ever need body work this is where I would go no question.”

“This place I have taken two cars that needed repairs and they have done such a great job. Super friendly he really cares about your budget of course he got to make his money too but he will do everything he can to help all that he can. They even brought my car home for me. For me this is the only place to go and one of thr best shops I have ever gone too with having been too a few places outside of Arkansas this would be my choice if I was clear across Arkansas. Thanks guys for everything means alot to see business still care about the people as best they can.”

“I went to the sporting goods store that is attached to this napa store. It's a nice store with a few guns and decent selection of ammunition in popular calibers. The lady that was working behind the counter was friendly and helpful as she could be but was not very knowledgeable about the guns and ammo they have. It looks like this place is just getting started up so they may not have the full inventory yet. I'll go by again in a few months to see what they have.”

“Took tractor and a bush hog needing a ball bearing repair in a tire. There was a 2 to 3 week lead time. Kept it a total of 5 weeks. Repaired air conditioner, replaced filters, oil change. Repaired both seals on 3 hydraulic pistons on lift arm. Picked it up sept 6. Charged over 5000.00. Looked at brush hog, not even touched. They took 150.00 off the bill leaving 4800 plus on the bill. 700.00 more than quoted price. Said it was extra labor. When asked why, she couldnt explain. Put hay out then put 4 round bales out Oct 8. Three of the seals leaking and dripping on the ground. Had rear right stabilizer bar replaced. Didn't fix it. Just added new parts to bent bar which don't line up to bolt holes so just put 2 clips on there. Won't even hold the bush hog. Plus on the back lift arms they didn't put the correct bolts back in it which is very important to have those bolts that are specifically made to go there so they don't shear out. Called complained and was told their was a 2 1/2 week lead time. Just have to leave it. What a bunch of crap.
Talked to the manager, Ernie Hanson, he fixed everything and picked up and delivered our tractor for free. If the assistants or staff don't help you, talk to the manager. I will definitely use them again.”

“Bought new battery and wiper blades. Service by Derrell was what you hope to receive. Polite, experienced, kept me updated, just made me know i was being taken care of. I appreciate his professionalism. Other worker at ck out literally left without a word to anyone (on break, lunch didnt say) while I had been standing waiting for some time. Derrell came to the rescue and politely told others waiting it would be just a min and he would help them also.”
