Had called this morning abou protocoldue to Covid Walk in / appointments as well and was told walk in are "welcome" asked about W-2 Finder and was told they do as well so headed down about noon and got out of vehicle and there were two.young ladies acting as if they were hurting trying to get in building and yet still did not ask if I could be helped. So I started reading flyers on window and stated lynch from 12-1 pm so left and came back and sat in my car and watch customer service rep speak/ talk with someone in vehicle and had " no mask on so therefore I kept calling on the inside and yet noone answered phone so when the customer service rep that was on the outside went back on the inside finally the rep.that had been sitting inside decided to answer phone and asked me "how can I help you " ? Domi stated I come to do my taxes and she was "do you have an appointment and I stated no" and had to explain all over again of what was spoken to me this morning so then therefore she asked my name told her and she asked for spelling so I spelled last name first and then sarcastically asking if that is how you spell you first name and I stated you did not specify nevertheless I stated I received a packet from H&R Block and so forth and them she stated she did not send me anything and I stated I did not say you sent me H&R Block still nevertheless rep.start being "sarcastic" and rude so I hit my record and recording never "lie" so she state I was angry and I stated to her don't run and make me out to be disgruntled because you are being sarcastic and rude and act like she did not know what the heck was going on talking about phone number did I call them she asked young lady what was there phone number.? After in speaking with her told her I would call Director not her immediate supervisor then was asked her Director name she could not even tell me that and young lady asked who wants to know she said lady I stated was yelling at me and inorder to make it look good trying to make me look bad by saying I yelled at her but my recording states otherwise but will send all my info to the corporate office no matter if Franchise or not and you charge to much for people treating you like that and not enough customer friendly and know a all / at all! But hey we don't even get what we pay for More classes of training in customer service/ customer friendly because it makes a world of difference! While she kept stating I was angry in which I was not due to their speaking to me I was upset ! There is totally a difference between the two!In my recording I recorded her name / time and video of how customers were .IJS

Unprofessional behavior. Current employees are allowed to bad mouth and put down former employees to make themselves appear to be better. I've heard this second hand and also witnessed it first hand. Not good business practice..
