The several unit have been up graded with new stainless steel appliances, new custom modern flooring and lighting. New management and maintenance team are very good. The new owner take pride in his property and taking good care on the residents is top priority

Hey formerly this is fox creek now it’s rider ridge they increased few rentals still they are using old ac and heaters one days around 2:30am there’s a fire alarm on it’s so strange there’s a problem with heater never fixed yet but if you’re still a student those are with reasonable prices to rent!
