“This is a great bank with very friendly staff. I opened an account in November 2022, and the bank manager Jackie Lawson took care of me. She and I talked and talked like old friends who have known each other for years ! She's great ! All the staff there are very helpful and kind. I needed to wire some money, and they gave me the phone number to their wiring center. I just call them up and give them all the info they need to wire some money, and it's done that day as long as you get it done before 3pm. Inside the bank itself is a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. I'm very happy with this branch of Bank OZK.”
“Amazing bank to deal with! Just came across the other review and sounds like there is a lot more to that story Launa than just some "fraud" charges. My debit card was hit with fraud out of TX and I had my money back in my account within the hour and did the whole dispute right over the phone!!! Great customer service and overall great people to deal with!!!”
