I would have to say that out of the times and years I have came to this salon I have never felt the rudeness of service by the owner Amy before. A simple nail take off consisted of rudeness. On top of not taking all of the dip off my nails. Fine I can fix that myself. But when you’re simply trying to pay for the service.. despite the amount of the service.. rudeness was not warranted because your system was messed up and calmness was all that was giving to you. I pray you get your communication skills of customer service together and have a blessed one 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Amy is so good at what she does! I always LOVE my nails and Melissa always does an amazing and relaxing pedicure! My favorite nail shop of all time! Love this place.

Super!! Clean, professional, and a great value for such a high level of service! I have a leg injury and she worked around it! I live in Texas so I'm proud to see this Gem in my home town!! As a man, I never felt out of place. She actually praised me for careing about my health! Thank you from this US AIR FORCE VETERAN!

Rudest workers EVER!! They scream at you and threaten to call the cops because you point out that your nails are nothing like what you showed them you wanted. And then they say “I have heart problems I don’t have time for this.” What a disgrace to the name of Malvern.

The employees here are rude and hateful and the tech who’s “done nails for 9 years” doesn’t know how to do her job. Neither one of them knows how to treat a customer, they’ll continue to scream at her as she holds back tears. Save your money, there’s better nail shops in Hot Springs.

Hateful!!! I was treated horribly over a misunderstanding on the owner’s part. I cried the entire time I was in there because she was so awful to me. Never again! It was the worst nail experience of my life.
