It seems well run and the manager did a quick and efficient job of getting me signed up. All the equipment seems in working order and I appreciate it.He even took time to let me know that my plan was active on a holiday.”

“I, Dalen Baldwin, am very thankful for this place. Being a wrestler, being intrigued by mma, & the passion for weightlifting. I have found this gym conquers the thirst for all three interest. I am fortunate for both Doug McGuire & Tony Kidder for helping those achieve their desired fitness goals here. I am a true testimony for those who struggle finding a home away from home. This place is connected to two major highways, right down the street from a gas station and dollar general. The location is convenient and is 10 minutes from downtown Malvern. The pedigree of success at this gym is uncanny. Their are a small group of 30 + members that are on the rise to a larger number! This gym is capable of hosting movie nights, cookouts, wrestling/mma tournaments, etc. I would say the ARKANSAS CENTER for SPORTS SCIENCE TRAINING is the Swiss Army knife of all gyms!”
