My wife and I had a terrible experience with a funeral home in Arkadelphia trying to make our prearrangements. Our pastor recommended Regency and we showed up without an appointment and spoke to Tim Wright. We left in 30 minutes with all our questions answered and written contracts in hand! That’s service the way it should...
